Yes, and proof and evidence matter. That's why Will Wade is still coaching more than 2 years after all this shite blew up. It takes time and lots of work to find the proof and evidence you need to make an airtight case.
And sometimes the bad guys get away with it even though we all know they did it.
None of us are denying anything. We just aren't pretending this is the slam dunk clear cut case you think it is.

It's been a common theme during the threads about Wade and the threads about the sexual misconduct investigation. People mix up who exactly involved in what. To be fair, there's a lot to digest because LSU has messed up at so many different turns.

This may be LSUs way to dump a coach 1 season removed from a natty. How the PTB treats this will tell you everything as far as if LSU really wants EO as HBC.

My first thought when I read the story was that he was joking with her and she misunderstood him. He was big man on campus and could pull in more top notch college tail than he had time to get around to. I am still not convinced he seriously wanted her.

I think this is very likely to be the case, however its still sexual harassment, joking or not.

I guess one should talk with the player and insist he apologize. I heard Coach O doesn't remember, so I guess he did nothing or wasn't listening. Either way it is a bad look.

The lady says O offered to have Guice apologize to her over the phone but she refused so it appears that according to her, O handled it like you said.

They had a previous run in earlier in the year when LSU played BYU in the Superdome. It sounds like Guice was trying to get back at her. As far as we know she hasn't attempted to get paid for the incident.
