Tigers need to stay away from Superdome security guards, remember OBJ at the natty?

The evidence against O is that a lady asked him to punish a player for making lewd remarks to her and she states that he didnt.
If the previous quote from Ed O is accurate, he's already crawfishing a little on his statement. Maybe he called Bill and Hillary for some guidance. His statement quoted up the page says he now claims he doesn't remember talking to her, not that he didn't talk to her.
It's the Hillary defense. She doesn't know shite, can't remember shite, but vote for her anyway.

Her story sounds believable but the red beans thing threw me for a loop.
Who drops their phone in a pot of red beans?
It is a wild twist but totally believable for 70+ y.o. NOLA black grandma.
Just thinking about it makes me miss ye olde Silver Moon Cafe off of Brightside.

My first thought when I read the story was that he was joking with her and she misunderstood him.
Nah, after listening to her testimony and reading the latest USA Today piece it's pretty clear the December incident stemmed directly from the incident after the BYU game. She said as much and also said that's the only reason she knew who he was when he approached her in December.

I am still not convinced he seriously wanted her.
He didn't. He was showing out for his boys and trying to make her feel small and get back at her after she made him and his family leave after the BYU game.
But no videotape (thanks to the Dome), Guice's boys ain't gonna talk and her recorded phone conversations became red beans gravy. Somebody else has to step forward and/or phone logs need to be produced.

I haven't seen anything about the BYU incident, details?

I hadn't seen that either. Brer has been all over this whole situation with an objective view. It's been refreshing to see.

The lady says O offered to have Guice apologize to her over the phone but she refused so it appears that according to her, O handled it like you said.
Interesting. Now I am leaning that she knew he was kidding and plans on getting some kind of compensation.
If you read what i posted yesterday, you would know that he wasn't kidding, pretty disgusting.

Agreed, pretty objective.

Dude, not again. I told you yesterday after you continued to defend the situation, which was sickening BTW, that you just need to stay with the troll threads and let the adults talk.

Its a simple question, how do you know his intent?
Answer it.
Answer it.

I think there is very little chance O will go. It would be a terrible move.
The AD and whatever lawyer LSU has would be idiots to let him go. It wouldn't be just about that particular situation.... they would use it as an opportunity to discuss other things that O wasn't apart of or can't discuss.
The problem with this situation is that it could have been easily been resolved or killed off. I can't necessarily proclaim the intent of the alleged victim, but to date she hasn't asked for a dime. She claims she wanted an apology and for Guice to sit out a meaningless bowl game to me if O had any inkling that Guice possibly said something to her it would have been prudent to have a lawyer talk to her to prevent this very situation.

Not really.
Just curious why multiple Bammers have posted in this topic attempting to pass their opinions off of facts then they get all butthurt when questioned about it.
Very odd.

Really?
Didn't O tell Husch-Blackwell investigators he didn't talk to her and then later say that he doesn't remember talking to her?
Who do you believe, her or O?

I agree.
This wasn't really that big of a deal in the grand scheme but is now under the microscope because of the other Guice allegations.
O could've made an unnecessary fatal error by lying about it if that indeed is what he did.

Yes.
That is why reading is important.

Sidewalker you're so fixated on "Bammers" but it's definitely been other teams posters that have tried to stretch the truth or downright troll this topic. You also conveniently ignore other "Bammers" who want to give the investigation time to resolve itself before divulging their opinions. Seems a bit short-sighted to be constantly bicker with the same Bama's posters thread after thread.
