The NCAA is not a court of law. They don't need to prove anything beyond reasonable doubt. If they feel you aren't cooperating, the school won't let you play because they risk playing a player that will be declared ineligible.

Sumlin at the very least is going to be faced with the decision of whether to take the risk of forfeiting games this season if he plays him and he's ruled ineligible.

The fact that this is so close to football season really makes it rough for A&M. Even if nothing comes of this the NCAA sometimes can take a long time to decide. Consequently A&M might not play him in their first couple of games, if it does indeed take that long, for fear of risking playing an ineligible player that would cause A&M to forfeit a win or something.

and he wont miss the whole season. hell miss probably the first 6 games which means we will lose to bama which sucks but this isnt going to be a gigantic death blow that people are hoping
