At this point, it’s fairly straightforward for me: regular season SEC championship, Sweet 16 or better.

Anything that would be worthy of another year on any banner. But if we can ever get lucky enough to get hot like we were last night, we can beat anyone in the nation. It’s about keeping the pace and not forcing it, I think we could make a run in the tourney.

My personal goal is to be very aloof. I'm going to act like I'm not paying attention and seem surprised when I hear that Alabama won.

Win the conference. Play well in the NCAA tourney and build from there.

Be at least a favorite or #2 to win SEC Tourney ... move on to the NCAAT ... win 1 or 2 games. Anything above that is just gravy.

The goal right now for any Alabama basketball fan, is avoid the usual collapse that ruins any tournament hopes.
Realistically though, based on the talent and performance so far, the true expectations for this team should be SEC Reg Season Champs, SEC Tournament Champs, and like a Sweet 16 run in the NCAAT.
