I'd actually put Georgia and Alabama at #1 in recruiting, because their actual school locations are closer to more SEC recruits. Using state lines as territorial boundaries is simplistic.

Most locations with "ville" in its name is probably too MAGA for top tier recruits that can go anywhere. 3* will hedge to be in the SEC. None that could put you in the Top 10 or 20.

Fayetteville has only helped in terms of recruiting. The problem is getting them to visit.

Of course but you can also get overly complicated when not using them.

There are always going to be little factors but the in state talent alone is the biggest and it really isn't close. It points to the whole reason we need to recruit Texas.

This is the truth. A lot of our fans love to be realists about the program but won't do the same for themselves. They call into drive time sports to bitch about the Razorbacks being mediocre while driving a burnt out pickup on the way to their mobile home.

Hell, we even have to recruit Texas to get students. The state of Arkansas does not produce enough athletic or academic talent. In a way, Bielema was a perfect representation for this state. Fat and dumb. The only difference is that he had money and the majority of Arkansans are on welfare.

Arkansas's reputation for racism is waaaayyy overblown.

I'm in a blended marriage and have had zero trouble here. Absolutely zero.

1. Arkansas isn't relevant
2. Literally nobody who grew up outside of Arkansas ever dreamed of playing for or even going to Arkansas
3. Those first 2 become huge issue when there's one city in the whole state with black kids and your school is all alone way the frick up in a tiny secluded corner of the state.

NWA is hardly tiny. The metro is almost the size of LR. Tulsa is close by and filled with Hog fans.

It's not currently on the list of fastest growing communities, but it has been for several if the past ten years.

It really needs to be a four tier system.

The thing with LA is that the quality of talent is so high, so I'd boost them higher for that reason, alone.

Yep. Harrison is just a few loud mouthed idiots. My SIL is from there and she, her entire family, and all of their friends are absolutely mortified by those fools.

I was looking at quality over quantity but I retract my statement. They are clearly number 4 though.

Ya, I think the best way would be them at the top of tier 2 in a 4 tier system.

Idk why. Its not like they do anything. I ended up lost on their (KKK) compound in Zinc in a government vehicle. Nothing happened.

I know the area very well and nothing would ever happen. There is more of a chance that a local redneck would shoot you to rob you.

Outside of Harrison, people just like to talk shite because its a small area and that's all there is to do.

Anyways, its not even Fayetteville with the stigma. I have never heard anything about that part being racist. For fricks sake look at all the Hispanics.

As a white person, I did fear for my life when I had to go down to LR (Markham) to the vital records office. That or fear of diseases.
