Funny how every State fan downgraded every opponent we faced in this tournament. We played all games. No one forfeited. Our pitching and hitting caught fire. And you wouldn’t have beaten Arkansas or Oklahoma or Auburn. You simply wouldn’t have.

Our pitching was the worst in the country this year. Still, I think we could have gotten Oklahoma. We could at least hit for power.
