Look newb...most of us still consider Arkansas and South Carolina as the new guys. Florida and Georgia are a significant part of our conference's founding and they'll still be here after the conference comes to their senses and gets rid of the OU's of the world.
I only recognize Charter members of the league and to be honest, I consider Tulane, Georgia Tech, and Sewanee more of a part of our family than I do any of the additions. I do like having Arkansas somewhat and SC.
The rest of the additions are just for eyeballs on the TV.

I watched all three games in Oxford against the Hogs and I got to agree with you...Arkansas is stacked. Best looking college team I've seen in a while. Van Horn should win it all with this team.

I'd say Beard earned a raise. I love Ole Miss, but Beard just took us to only our second sweet sixteen in our basketball history. I know we are historically the worst in SEC basketball history, but that two Sweet 16's has to be the worst in the league as well.
