This scares me the most. Mediocrity can be a program killer...

Basically waiting on basketball season at this point. Football is a no hope shite show so why subject oneself to watching it.

I think a lot of us are just conflicted right now, we want to win and pull off some upsets, but at the same time we're ready to get on with the inevitable so we can get to the next era of the program.

This is why you do it like LSU did with Ed O.

Announce he won't be returning, but will finish the season. That way you cn still enjoy ruining someone's season (2021 Florida) and things like that.

I can’t recall Georgia ever being in the condition AU finds themselves. Even in our worst year -1990- our stadium was packed.

I 100% hope we pull off a miracle Saturday. I will be elated if we get it done. That said, no part of me believes that will happen, so that brings me to apathy. I might not even watch. Way more excited about MLB playoffs and weather looks great for pumpkin patch with the family.

I don’t know why. AU is really bad and your latest coach is a joke. What’s to be rocking about?

In recorded history Auburn has NEVER been a 30 point underdog until this week against UGA. EVERYONE knows that Harsin will be fired, the question is when. As fans, we want it on Sunday, so the healing can begin.

3-5 years ago the rivalry on here was very much alive. Nowadays a once great fanbase is numb to all losses and only wishes for basketball season to start.

Is there any Auburn fan left who’s still passionate about their team? I say we bring back MsGarrison. At least he cared.

They've never recovered from the wins over UGA and AL in 2017.

Partially true, we had an idiot President give Malzahn an insane contract the Tuesday after UGA beat us in the Championship game. Leath was out of his league. He is gone, AD Greene who Leath Hired is gone and soon Harsin who Green hired will be gone. The last 5 years are 95% on Leath and the idiots who hired him.

We Bama fans were in the same position with Dubose and Shula. We didn’t want to lose but realized it would get the bum out sooner. Rip that band-aid off.

I have been going to Athens since 1971. Close family in Social Circle, Monroe that I still tailgate with at Dudley Park. I would be glad to introduce myself to some of you this Saturday. My cousins were in school in Athens while I was in Auburn. I have sat all over Samford Stadium for years and watched it grow.
I can give you one or two years where the dawg program struggled!
1964,1965,1969,1970,1974,1977,1989- 1995, 96, 2010,2013, 2016.
The only thing Auburn needs is the right coach and they will be just fine TY. The program is far from shambles the facilities and campus in Auburn are just as good as in Athens, especially when the new football facility is completed in November.
It took the dawg 17-19 years to catch up and finally go ahead in the series against this cow college. Hell, if you quit feeding a dog they die or find another source. Hairy Dawg was starving and needed to be fattened up.
People freely decide to pay more money for out of state education than send their kids to Athens. Whether Auburn, Clemson, Alabama, Ole Miss.
Samford only sits 5,000 more than JHS and has a complete upper bowl.
This cow college had a 70,000 seat stadium and lights in 1970. Samford discovered electricity and expanded in 1981. Auburn has historically made a living in Georgia with relation to recruiting all sports. Bruce has a deed on the state, baseball tigers have 7 or 9 players on the team from Georgia
and expected to go back to Omaha again this year. Pardon the pun but...The dawg hasn't sniffed the tourney since 2008.
Georgia showed their jealousy of the cow college in 1986 when they ran on the field after the game and tried to destroy JHS and the new turf (youtube) for beating a 20th ranked Auburn team. Again in 2007 with that blackout game. It showed Auburn just how insecure the dawg is.
Georgia has thrown cassette tapes at Auburn players as they ran on & off the field at Samford, the band has purposely dropped their Pom poms on the field after their halftime performance at Auburn as they marched off the field (not a big deal but showed class), Ray Goff begged his defensive players not to get up and allow Auburn to run another play at the goal line.
I have been in the BIG DAWG bathroom at halftime and heard you cuss Jim Donnan and call Quincy Carter every name in the book.
You guys haven't changed a bit since 1980. Win a Natty (same accomplishment as others) and think you are the best thing since sliced bread?
Auburn is not jealous or envious of the dawg. Actually we are proud knowing we get under your skin. This little ole cow college has gone and continues to go toe to toe with the State of Georgia's premier college since inception of the SEC in all phases. That is what pisses you guys off. Pure and simple.
You know what they say. Auburn and Ga Tech grads sign UGA paychecks.

Yeah potentially, but my guess is he'll just be gone in the next two weeks
