re: SEC in for a rude awakening

Crow all you want.
Perhaps you should get your mind on Texas, South Carolina, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Alabama, Missouri, LSU. Win this conference then talk your smack.
I was at the game. You’re simply not as good as advertised. What was to be a blowout was far from it. Aubie played well enough to win. All that mouthing off Friday night and pregame Saturday, National TV hype, sorry arse Finebaum even visited yet you won with controversy not to mention your best defensive player was fresh after having to sit out the first half for an illegal hit the week before.
Not lemons or sore loser here as I have been going to every away game for years now. I thought I had seen it all until I visited Norman, Oklahoma. Just like Happy Valley and Beaver Stadium, overrated.
When you have Switzer (the definition of cheating), Bozworth (kicked off team for multiple violations and had his arse handed to him in the pros by Vincent Jackson) and Stoops on the sidelines coupled with H/C Venables (recruiting violations at Clemson and OU and lastly knowingly practice an illegal play and a retired coach admits it and proud of it…

No wonder your entire Athletic Department and programs are currently on probation. I do believe that’s a first for the conference!

I think both of us will find out about our QB’s in 2 weeks.
Hold that thought my friend. Still a way to go. Harvey hasn’t started throwing bricks through the H/C’s office window yet! ??
Hey Stump!!!’
Kiffin has been out of Oxford since June. Fishing in Boca Raton, Fl. Not a word about that…
Pressure these coaches have… they need this time and deserve it. It’s just that it’s Hugh and low life’s like yourself are in to such crap.
Hang tight Hairy Dawg…you might just see how much Arnold is going to help the cause.
Keep reaching….
Rest of the story….

“I feel like if Auburn was 8-4 or 9-3 last year, we wouldn’t be having this conversation right now. It’s just because we didn’t win enough ball games last year.”
“You’ve got to have an outlet outside of football and Coach Freeze goes out and plays golf with his wife. I don’t think it’s an issue at all. I think people are kind of blowing it out of proportion.”

Shift in strategy. Aubie learned a lot last year with the Offord flip at the last minute. Bout broke Hugh. Now thoughts are just having the $$$ right in December.
Redmond and others in charge at AU think when the House ruling comes in to effect the big money offers will be unable to fulfill. Auburn (and Alabama) are NOT lying to kids.
Also, a ton of money invested in this current roster. Expect a lesser HS class this year and more in to portal and holding current roster together.
No one internally is panicked one bit. Everyone thinks the team is going to be very good this year and everything will even out so to speak.
Bunch of negative Neds!
The best team we have had “talent” wise since 2017. No excuses and the staff knows it.

The Grayson QB wanted 2 million to come be back up.

When they watch the current QB’s especially “The Deuce” throw at practice they realize it will be possibly their Jr. year before they see the field.
Getting 4-5 star in the class is going to be tough out this year with our current QB room.

Tim Cook has barely donated $200,000 to Auburn.
Football probation - 2002,2009
Basketball probation - 2020
Baseball probation - 2024
16 Athletic programs on probation in past 15 years.

Bama is everything school in NCAA violations!

Aubie is up 33-7 and one forfeit by Ole Miss since realignment. 2022 was Ole Miss first win in Oxford since 2008 and 2023 was the first win at JHS in 8 years.

2022 - 2023 was first back to back wins for Ole Miss since 1951 -1952 and it was during a potato famine.
The famine is over.
You are right, never been much of a thing.

March Madness- $264 million up for grabs — about $128 million based on 64 available units this month and the $136 million already set for the 68 tournament teams.

The SEC with a record 14 teams in the men’s tournament put itself in prime position for a big payday.

40 plus year Tigers Unlimited season football ticket holder with 10 seats per game. 9 home basketball games plus 4 away games this year. Section 222 tomorrow night.
I’m 66, sold programs and ushered at 10 years old and have forgotten more Auburn sports history than you will ever comprehend!
