Apparently Lane becoming a civil rights spokesperson last week got the NAACP thinking…

Now they are trying to say redistricting is more racism. Telling black athletes to boycott SEC.

Nice job a-hole. Guess you got the attention you wanted.

The real problem here is that the NAACP is purely political organization that needs racism really bad.

NAACP Travel Advisory for the State of Florida

Pivotal moments in Florida's win over Houston for the 2025 title

From the BCS to the CFP: Trends from Miami's last title game appearance

Those NAACP boycotts/advisories are very effective. If it weren't for that pesky NAACP, Miami might have won the title instead of being runner up.

For no reason… other than getting attention… he brought up race. Didn’t do it before Ole Miss, didn’t do it while at Ole Miss. he took the fricking job there. Seeing that he is such an astute race historian.., it really seems odd he took the job there.

Just STFU and focus on the LSU job. How about that?

I'm sure the 18-22 year olds will be quick to turn down 6 and 7 figure paychecks because a bunch of old political idiots told them to do so.

Some of you seem way too invested in what coaches say on social media. Honestly, if it weren’t for Tigerdroppings, I probably wouldn’t even know what Kiffin is posting because I don’t follow his every move like some people do. Some of y’all act like everything he says somehow has a direct impact on your life.

But... but... but... the NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus sent letters to the NCAA and conference commissioners.

Their Out of Bounds campaign urges black athletes to boycott universities in states (AL/FL/LA/TX/SC/MS/GA) where redistricting is underway. They want black athletes to withhold athletic and financial support until these states restore fair congressional maps and meaningful black representation.

LOL. What speaks louder, money and a strong shot at a pro sports career OR a bunch of old fossils like Al Sharpton harping about representation?

It’s not kiffins fault.
It’s LSUs fault.

Because sorry loser OP thinks about LSU quite a bit.

Like the NAACP is going to convince players that are making hundreds of thousands of dollars - to well over a million dollars to quit playing in the SEC. Won't happen. Dumb thread.

Look at the fig all upset. Should we focus on your inability to win a championship and your nationally known homosexual team and fanbase? We could all write a book on how gay you are.

Nothing says “advancement of colored people” like telling young black men not to better their lives by getting a free education while making money playing football in a premier conference.

Hakeem Jefferies is fired up, he will try to guilt them into spurning the millions they’d make in the SEC/ACC in championship contending programs and steer them where? Does Jefferies, the NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus intend to subsidize the young black athletes who transfer out? Will they negotiate new NIL deals equivalent to the Southern schools?

This is nothing more than liberal Democrats stirring up a shitstorm because they know they have no grounds on the redistricting.

"I know most of the black parents who travel in for games don't feel comfortable. What Lane said was absolutely true. Ole Miss has an identity crisis if they believe there aren't two different Americas in Oxford, Mississippi, in 2026."

Absolute bullshite. If they feel that way it’s on them at this point. Maybe they have an opinion of white people that’s unfounded and racist. Stop with the bullshite victim mentality. Be nice to people and people will be nice back. I promise you if a bunch of frat bros and their families are tailgating and meet the families of players they’ll welcome them in with open arms and treat them like royalty.
