That's wild. They are definitely cheating.

Just assume they will pass it to the flat the first couple of plays. The trend is there and cover the top with a safety if you miss the interception. Texas seemed to always do that throw too. I think OCs want to get their Qb in “rythm” but too predictable.
Not cheating just statistics.

Hat tip if so because it’s the same thing these days in cell phone video era, Some teams have figured out how to get people on opposing sideline is what it boils down to.
You don’t need All-22 view to steal signs. Just video and autists.
So that’s why you change tendencies, which is what elite teams do.

AI is already being used heavily.
I mean -- you guys can use the AI we have access to to get insights.. and also help figure out what's going on.
You can go to FoxSports and export the play by play for every single game. Then you can import all of that into a AI for analysis... and you can get insights from best strategies to stop certain teams, tendencies...
and yes - you can even use AI analysis to figure out if a team is playing against the rules.. or get an idea of it.
With that said -- because of AI -- being used to self-scout.
For a team to have the success Indiana does... it's not unrealistic to suspect they have something more definitive than what "you'll most likely do"

Other than the Oregon game, did anyone actually watch these pick-6 games?
Has anyone seen highlights or replays of these interceptions?
Has anyone confirmed any of part of this wild claim?

No one plays for the love or integrity of the game. This is about winning and winning equals dollars. A frickload of them. You inject the drugs. You buy the players. You hack into cloud based systems. You steal the signs. You deflate the balls.
You do what it takes and hell, we should make it a criteria for ranking champions. Who cheated the best? That only helps us see that you’re the GOAT.

And now, you still play video games while your wife makes money on only fans with that BBC.

Lol the probability of 4 opening play passes being in intercepted in one season ranges anywhere from 1:215000 to 1:25.5 million

One day?… AI is already running film scouting on all the major platforms (mostly in beta form), it’s a great feature if you know how to use it, I’m a coach, it’s already happening

The implications are that IU has mastered the art of hacking the oppositions software that store game film & that IU has gained access to cloud based systems where teams keep their game plans & communications. It’s social media clickbait, imho, but more & more self proclaimed “insiders” are sharing the rumors
I initially brushed it off but I’ve seen reputable people repost or discuss it. We’ll see if anything comes of it.

Some teams are not cheating, but they have huge legal teams

Damn folks. We are starting to get to pathetic levels of desperation to avoid having to say this is a really good Indiana team.
Yes, teams tend to have certain plays they script for the opening drive. As someone mentioned, easy to complete throws to the flat are quite popular. The danger with a throw to the flat, or a screen play, is that any INT is heading to the endzone unless the CB trips.
Why Petrino was so dangerous as an OC is that he varied up his script to start a game. But an OC that has some real tendencies on opening drives and doesn't get away from them, those guys you can set a trap for.
The problem isn't that Indiana is cheating (that I know of), its that OCs have gotten predictable scripting out their first drives. As the old pro wrestling announcers (back when wrestling didn't stink on ice) were fond of saying... "Went to the well once too often."
