thanks for clarifying

Nobody defends a school they didn't get into or attend harder than Old Sarge, it's honestly sad. The two biggest Aggie posters (Football Frenzy & Old Sarge) have never stepped foot on campus.
I think the only sad thing is his (Sarge) fixation with the whole big brother / little brother. As far as if they ever attended, in my book it shouldn’t matter. If they like Aggies that’s fine for whatever their reasons.

Didn’t Kelly give out of his own money for the NIL to contribute to LSU? Since he was still employed at the time wouldn’t that make it like the school was paying the players and that may be a no no? I actually don’t know but just want to add to the drama.

These are opponent adjusted stats. Rushing for 100 yards against UMass does not carry the same weight as rushing for 100 yards against Oklahoma. One of them is clearly much more impressive and these stats reflect that.
Do they adjust for rivalry games and for games where a team checked out? Example: Georgia vs Florida where Florida would have been a much tougher opponent than what Kentucky faced.

SEC is pretty weak and top heavy this year based off all the A&M schedule talk
This just makes it look like you want to avoid playing any other good SEC team you already avoided playing.

I don't know if he did anything and frankly I don't care what we pay the guy but I don’t understand some of you. By your logic, since LSU offered Brian Kelly a contract with that buyout, they have to pay it while completely ignoring the fact that he agreed to a morality clause that gives LSU the right to avoid paying if he violates it. So, if that clause exists, shouldn’t LSU be trying to protect its own interests under the same contract terms just like Brian Kelly would if the situation were reversed?
I agree with you but it looks like they didn’t take the actions needed in said contract to do so. Tell the guy what he violated if that’s the way they want to go. You have to give him a chance to rebuttal.

I’m watching hoping Northwestern creates caos.

I don’t understand why the odds are the way they are for the Mizzou game but the only way I can see them accomplish that is getting up early. Definitely looking to Mizzou to be winning at halftime but Aggies pull it out at the end.

I think it’s a troll as well since they put “if” they beat Tulane. If you think he’s the guy, then you’re not basing your decision on the result of one game.

We looked terrible. Not expecting much this season.

Do you want your bye during the conference title games or do you want your buy during the first round of the playoffs? Which one is better for "your" team? If I had no interest in playing a conference title game I'd make sure we didn't get there. Teams can do that, it would piss a lot of people off, but if that's their strategy, then so be it. They have that right. I'm a traditionalist so I covet conference titles and would hate to see them eliminated. But as we get further into the playoff model I'm afraid they're going to go the way of the rotary phone.
I prefer the bye to be in the playoffs. Some injuries may be able to heal in a week all things being equal so if a player gets injured in the game I would like as much time for them to heal. Also getting the bye in the playoffs allows for an extra week to prepare for that specific opponent and it being more fresh in their minds as opposed to just the week to prior.

Conference title are still important and will leave lasting memories for the players. Not everyone will go to the NFL. They also may be tied to bonus pays etc. I would prefer they all play and get a possible bye that first game in the playoffs. If you are a lock it basically gives you two tries to make it to the second round. Nothing is guaranteed. In addition as a fan I want to see my team do well and play against good opponents instead of just hearing “they weren’t motivated”

What about Gary Patterson? He may be to old but he did some good stuff with TCU just imagine what he can do with Auburn.

Also prevents any possible injuries on the defense when Florida is trying to score.

This is a great trap game for State. They are a good team and if the ball bounces their way they may just pull the upset. I wouldn’t bet on it but I’ll be rooting for the underdog.

Top 10 but not highest. Looks like Auburn has some wiggle room. If they want him then make him say no.

One of our biggest boosters went to prison for bribing federal judges. He almost single handedly built the law school with a donation. They obviously couldn’t put his name on it after he went to prison
Sounds to me like they should have still named it to show how the law makes no distinction.
