It was a road game, man.
Play that game on a neutral field, how do you think it plays out? Georgia looked fine. I think South Carolina will lose 2 or 3 more times. Georgia? Maybe not again.
Using that logic the ranking is even more idiotic. If the scenario you describe bears out, then the ranking will take care of itself. If SC and UGA both win out regular season, SC would have to win SEC CG to overtake UGA. It will probably play out like you said with us losing some more games but it is ridiculous to keep UGA ahead of us. Just ridiculous is ranking teams based on who has easier schedules. Rank teams on who is the best then let wins and losses take care of it the rest of the way.

Score was 21-7 1st half. Only scored 17 in the second half.

Nope.
South Carolina's schedule is a lot harder than Georgia's. If both finish 11-1, then South Carolina's body of work (at that point) would be better than Georgia's.

If they both continue winning when would the jump be made?

The weekend South Carolina wins at Auburn, who I would judge as the best team in the conference right now.
Again, this is all personal discretion. You may think Auburn isn't the best team in the conference. Or judge your top 25 differently.
Georgia plays Auburn too, but they get them at home. Also, the same weekend Georgia beats Auburn, South Carolina would be winning at Florida and clinching the East (based on this hypothetical).
So yeah.

This board is turning into a B12 board with this East/West stuff.

After they were drained from playing LSU. Good win, but it's not like you stopped them from winning a NC anyways.

In 2012? So did everyone else. They went winless in the SEC

I want to know how Oregon is #2. 439 yards to Wyoming? Ugh.
Probably has something to do with beating WVU by 10. Who cares in the end though? If our defense is bad, we will get exposed.

Oregon is #2 because they beat #11 Michigan State fairly convincingly. If WVU beats Oklahoma and Oregon struggles with Leach, Alabama will overtake them.

WVU isn't beating Oklahoma. Oregon may struggle up in Pullman but WSU has looked dreadful on defense. We could win again 62 - 31 with Leach's TDs coming against our walk ons. If OU beats WVU and Oregon gives up some yards, it could be interesting.

Not good at what? LSU historically gets rocked at Kyle Field. I'm not making things up. Again, what does that fricking matter? We have more players on our current roster who have won in Kyle Field than aTm has players who have beaten LSU at Kyle Field.
It's not like we have played at Kyle field a ton anyway. it's only like 9 times we've played them in College Station. Their stadium used to be really small and extra crappy and so they would rather make money and play us in TS back in the day.

When did y'all get so sensitive? Who would have thought "light years better" would trigger some deep Freudian insecurity in y'all. The entire country knows A&M is better than LSU at football. The polls clearly indicate this. Why does it make y'all so butthurt?
