I know the narrative is that they are dead and buried, but they only have two losses, same as Ole Miss, and they did not lose to a non-Power 5 team. They've only played three conference games so far, so they still have the brunt of their conference schedule left. Something tells me they will beat one or two teams that no one thinks they should beat. They have Arkansas, Ole Miss, A&M, UGA and Bama left. I think they can go 3-2 against that schedule and finish 4-4 in the SEC. Not exactly their preseason expectations, but that would be a win. That would get them to 8-4 overall and a decent bowl.

I'm glad we got them out of the way early. I think they'll get better especially after getting that first SEC win under their belt.

If we somehow escape UF and we need to beat AU to clinch the east...yes I'll be terrified.

You laugh but you guys should be, Auburn can run the football.

They will win at least two games in the West, new QB is no joke and is only going to get better.

I don't think it will be easy but we should be able to take care of them unless their D makes a quick turn around.

but they only have two losses

We outgained MSU and had 6 points on 4 trips in the Red Zone while breaking in a brand new FR QB

When comparing AU's losses to UGA's losses, it doesn't look nearly as bad given MSU > UTk

Hell yeah I'm worried. We aren't good enough not to. I expect to win but Auburn is a team with talent who has greatly under performed.

I'm not at all worried about Auburn. We don't play them for two more weeks. Then I'll be worried about them.

UGA and AU appear to be at least somewhat comparable teams, so we'll probably win by 30.

Seems to be trending in the direction of Lawson returning in 2-3 weeks. We will see.

I agree that they're getting better but 3-2 might be a bit optimistic. As things sit right now, I'd say they easily beat UGA and probably beat OM.

I don't think they beat Arky or aTm on the road and Bama's just all around better (but I still expect it to be a fight).

That would put them 7-5 and far better off than they looked going to OT against Jacksonville State.

You think Georgia beats Au by 30?

That's a toss up game at the moment IMO
