We talk about stadiums and experiences here all the time. What was yours?
Any nice side tips in town?
Especially if it was your first time there.

Not SEC, but the one that always sticks out to me is Nebraska. What a tremendously nice group of fans.

Haven’t traveled to a game in a while but kinda of want to go to Norman…

Fayetteville, Arkansas is an extremely underrated spot...
although it isn't easy to get to it might be my favorite SEC road game experience.

Last I read, absent the student section, the fan base was 70% over the age of 60. And like former Oklahoma HC Barry Switzer said in his coaching prime, "there is very little to do in either Ok. or Neb. in the winter time."

Then you weren't there when your team stomped a mudhole in them.

Vanderbilt is great for several reasons:
1. It’s Nashville
2. Your fanbase will be in the majority both around town and in stadium
3. The Vandy fans you do encounter are, in my experience, nothing but nice
4. The stadium is small, but a great place to watch a game

Taking old Hwy 71 from Ft Smith to Fayetteville is nice. Also hard to beat making a weekend out of New Orleans when going to play LSU.

Fayetteville is such a great area. I root for them just to have that as a rocking home field environment again.
My daughter has it in her top 2 and they are offering money so I might be a hog fan as my second team. Id glady move up there in retirement.

Visitors LOVE coming to Fayetteville! The drive is scenic, the area is filled with things to do and see..... and visitors are almost guaranteed a win.
Now do the home fans

Lexington is my favorite. Been there for four Alabama games. Traveling up the Bluegrass Parkway is a great drive.
Ole Miss is a beautiful campus. Was there in 2011 when the tailgates were protesting the Black Bear mascot. Everyone took pictures with Colonel Reb.
Missouri would’ve been better if not for the pouring rain in 2012.
I’ve never been to the Vandy side of Nashville but that’ll change in November.
Temperatures are dropping this week so I can only expect the TSIO in Knox Co. will be awesome.

You’ll probably hear the term high school stadium used a bunch. You know if you’re stadium doesn’t seat 90-100K it’s a high school stadium

Norman has a water tower with the OU logo on it.

So the NFL plays in high school stadiums?

I am saying what I always hear about Ole Miss. I don’t think Kentucky has a small stadium
