re: Elon finally weighs in

Elon has talked before about how you can’t criticize Jews or Israel. This isn’t what you think it is.

and since they dont have a clue about who will have reactions, it should be everyone's CHOICE on what goes into their body and they should be making an educated judgement for their own wellbeing.

re: Checking account for a child

We use USAA and it is super easy to setup a kids checking account. With their account they have full access with their own app (if they have a tablet or phone) and it also shows up under my accounts in my USAA app. So I can see all activity and quickly send or remove money as needed. The account comes with free checks and a debit card. The debit card fully works with apple pay/google pay. Apparently not all minor debit cards work with those.

I believe the USAA account drops me off of it once my kids turn 18, if I remember right. I dont have to do anything later to separate them.
What does RFK have to do with this? The NIH did this. Did anyone ask RFK if he was aware?

Is 30% over-extending ourselves??

Percentage is the worst way to evaluate this. The only way you can figure out what works for you is:
1) After retirement and other savings is accounted for, find your "take home."
2) Subtract how much you spend on food every month (eating out, groceries, etc.)
3) Subtract how much you'll spend on cars monthly (payments, insurance, gas, repairs)
4) Subtract how much you need to spend monthly on clothing, activities, entertainment, etc.
5) Subtract how much you want to spend on travel monthly
6) Subtract how much discretionary spending you want to have every month

After all that (i'm sure i'm missing a few), what you have left is what you can spend on mortgage, home insurance, home maintenance, home repairs, utility bills, HOA fees and property taxes. You are the only one that can determine the above and find your comfort point. Everyone's situation is different and that makes percentages absolutely worthless.

I genuinely believe that you must be completely nuts as it’s Iran bombing all their neighbors and putting terrorist to work not Israel

I can't believe you can't see the forest for the trees. You seem to agree that the mere existence of Israel will always be a point of conflict in the middle east. You keep saying there is all this violence against israel so it isn't true despite me saying there will always be violence because of israel being there.

Please let me know if I need to break this down any further.
did we make the EU force members to take them? It has nothing to do with stability. I'm not sure how we could have been involved with EU forcing it.

Special kind of fool you are. Israel has been attacked since peace with Egypt for decades, has agreements with other ME nations

That directly supports my point.

Gotta call it like it is. Israel doesn't want this war to end.

They have never been for peace in the ME. The point of their existence is to create perpetual conflict.
an alternate definition is the black pill people see everything wrong the red pill people do but the black pill people tell you nothing will be done and nothing can be done to fix it. so dont even try.

re: AT&T Air

Starlink sounds like a great option but if you ever get in a similar situation again, you can add external antennas to the at&t air gateways. It isn't quite plug-n-play as you have to open the enclosure but it is possible and not overly difficult. Your complaint is a very common one regarding at&t air.
Nah. You are just as likely to hit it off with hiring an up and comer as with a proven hire.
Data centers use whatever the local water utility provides.

No at&t will not allow/offer air at an address with fiber available. You'll have to go another 5G provider or cable internet for backup.

This isn't even accurate anymore with closed-loop systems.

Even the most efficient closed loop hyperscalers are using more than 500,000 gallons per day per data center building and many of these hyperscalers are trying to build a campus with many data center buildings in one location.

Energy, potentially. Water, no.

The water issue is a bigger deal than the electricity. Even the lower water usage hyperscale facilities use massive amounts of water. We are talking in the range of millions of gallons per day. It isn't just the clean water supply that is an issue it is also treating the wastewater.
reliability and price of electricity and water. Those are the biggest issues.

Lesser issues are noise because of the massive amounts of generators that need to be exercised regularly regardless of electrical utility reliability.
i hate when smaller bathrooms have shower in the same room as dual sinks/mirrors. Larger bathrooms that is ok but smaller ones that will likely have kids, it makes no sense as one kid can't be in the shower while another kid brushes teeth/makeup/hair/etc.
and at the same time none of this proves that there wasn't fake moon landing video created. By all accounts, both things seem to be true but nobody wants to discuss WHY both things are true.
