Following the diet restrictions will also eventually heal the body with good immune support/healthy diet. The few people I have known who have recovered it took about 5 years to get back to a normal diet.

just buy a starlink kit. You can have it up and running within minutes should you need it and dont activate it until you do need it.

That is great. Last time I tried it I had to do a bunch of settings to try and get jellyfin to fetch from the right data base and even then the file names had to be a certain way for it to work and mine never were.

I never knew Spencer the person. I only knew his Hills character. What he is doing is impressive and I'm sure he is at risk of losing a LOT by doing this. Best of luck to him.
