It wasn't just those two INT's that beat saxet.

The OU defense kept UT bottled up the second half and on their end of teh field except for one nice looking drive that resulted in 7 points.

True the OU offense didn't make a lot of yardage but note that most of it came in the second half after Venables made adjustments to the O-line.

Fact is, Brent Venables outcoached Steve Sarkisian.

This has been the UT offense vs P4 competition all year. It goes into a shell for a full half if not longer.

vs OSU 3 points before a miracle 21 point 4th quarter.

vs TN 20 total points; Texas won because Tennessee is worse at moving the ball than they are.

vs OU 7 second half points after blowing a 17-7 lead. Horns never led after OU tied the game.

This would be a lot more intimidating if Arch wasn’t good for 2-3 boneheaded plays a game

Ou first did it in a RRR without the TDs or even a FG in what was surely a fun filled afternoon in the sun winning 2-0 on a botched punt for a safety.

121 years later and defense and STs can still win games. Shocking.

I don’t think Texas could run for 50 yards against UGA

Also OU had 155 passing yards and 83 rushing yards.

For OU, yeah. We shall see about the other competition.

And Arch is still doing stupid stuff. You'd think by now....

Anybody else read this as STD?

ETA. Looking back through the thread, AGz Win and I evidently saw the same thing.

Maybe don't hand the other team14 points?
Apparently special teams and defensive touchdowns count less than offensive TDs.

Another thing about this...

If your special teams scores a touchdown... and you have a defensive score...

Your offense is robbed of two possessions that it otherwise would have had that end up going to the other team.

It’s a team effort and the shorthorns did not do their job as a team. Your offense and special teams are failures. Isn’t that what you said?
