Clemson totally destroyed Tua and Bama. Didn’t think it was possible. 30 unanswered points at one point. Saban was way out coached. Bama is overrated and beginning to decline. I think Debo might be the new king of college football. Trevor is 10 times better than Tua. Bama secondary not that good. Times are changing. It’s about time. I don’t think Saban wins another championship. I think SEC teams are intimidated by Saban and Bama. Watch this game again. No need to be intimidated. Bama is in decline.

I saw a team that had been practicing for Alabama for a very long time, at least a month and likely more and it paid off. They had a schedule that enabled them to do so, they did and kudos to them for taking advantage. If there's a rematch this year they will have even longer to get ready.

If you actually watched they found the matchup of Justyn Ross on Saivion Smith and went to it over and over again. Smith was no match and Ross had the game of his life, making Trevor Lawrence look all world when he basically threw up a lot of 50 50 balls that Ross and the other receivers went and got.

There is a reason Bama cleaned out their coaching staff. They never gave Smith any help and hardly ever blitzed Lawrence. Clemson's OLine could not run block until the very end, but they did give Lawrence some time to throw so we could not get there with 4 and Bama never adjusted.

On offense, Bama gets the ball in the red zone and the one running play that was money they never run. Josh Jacobs in the Wildcat was effective every time it was tried, but they never ran it in the Red Zone. Again we have a new staff, and we should have. CU was the better team this time, Alabama was not good enough on defense to win this game, but there will be another day.

Be a man... Don't come in with that bullsh*t excuse. Clemson prepared the same way they do every time. First part of bowl season they worked on fundamentals and then prepped for Notre Dame. I am sure they had some GAs do some preliminary analysis on Bama. Also sure that Venables being the animal that he is probably watched them a couple times during the year and had picked out some tendencies.

Clemson has had the same staff the last three times they played, Bama has not. Bama has the complete book on Clemson. So the fact that Bama looked unprepared despite facing the same staff speaks to poor coaching on their part.

Fact is that Clemson was just a more complete team this year, even without their best player on defense. The year before Clemson didn't have the QB to get it done and we were embarrassed. Only a fool would look at Bama's current roster and say they won't still be elite this year.

Clemson executed at a high level in the passing game.

With the athletes they have, it is almost impossible to stop when they are on point.

I thought Alabama should have tried to run more and shorten the game. Limit Trevor’s possessions. Tua was schooled by Venables. Tua did not ever adjust. Venables baited him into throws with presnap looks that were disguised and executed very well.

Clemson coached and played better than Bama that night.

Most teams do not have as good of a team of players and coaches as Clemson does.

Damn, the way you're talking about the decline, you would have thought they were shut out at home or something.

Can you name 1 50/50 ball outside of the stab 1 hand catch? Please dont say the other 1 hand catch before that one...it was an awesome throw, Ross left arm was held was the only reason that looked like a 50/50. The one screen where the LB tipped it was not great but NOTHING else was really dangerous.

Meh Bama had 215 yards and 13 points in the 1st quarter. Then got 4 of their next 5 possessions inside the Clemson 40 (3 inside the 22) and came away with only 3 points. 3rd down attempts, and subsequent 4th down, were the difference

Something to think about:

IF Alabama had won the NC last year, Coach Saban might have retired, having won 2 NC in a row and having an undefeated NC team to end his tenure.

However, now this has reinvigorated Coach Saban, just like losing to Auburn in 2013. I expect Coach Saban to stay until 2023, and win at least another 3 NC.

It's okay, little bro. One day LSU will accomplish something and then you'll be able to post about them, as well.
