Well, this part is bullshite.

This guy is typical Louisiana trash. He's found a safe haven among those inbreds.

They had to determine what Harvey used to kill the trees and they had to see how much soil contamination was done. I would guess 10K students per day walk in that area. Harvey was a sick motherfricker who was also stupid, two things that can be really dangerous.

If they arrest him, he sure as hell won't be able to pay from jail.

He doesn't have any new income coming in anyway. Unless for his autograph sessions in T-Town.

Thank you buddy it’s just what that son of a Babylonian harlot updyke did to AU is equal to an Auburn fan taking a jackhammer and going around the base of Denny Chimes destroying years of football captain handprints. It’s an abomination what that piece a crap did. That Iron Bowl rivalry brings out some pure evil and malice in some. And I’m kinda an expert on malice hence my dreaming about liquidating anybody I want. But I don’t hate over ncaa sports.

$800k for some trees that were already dying is straight up bullshite.

Hard to feel sorry for the guy, but can't really support a "justice" system that takes out their biases on people.

True, but I think if he has only paid 200 dollars to date, he is clearly not even trying to meet the judgement in any way.

I personally think the guy is ill.

If he had the balls to use a chainsaw, it wouldn’t have been a 10th of that. The fat pussy redneck used poison that he had no clue what the human effects might be. If he had a background as a tree cutter or farmer I might feel sorry for him.

All he has to do is have a tshirt signing fundraiser and the Bama fanbase will give him enough money to pay his fines. He'll even have plenty left to buy all the weed poison he can handle.

What? Your own fanbase donated tens of thousands of dollars, which I'm truly grateful for, to help try to stop the damage he caused. Hundreds of thousands were spent cleaning up the environmental mess he intentionally caused and you think the justice system was just biased?

1. Updyke is an alabama redneck. He lives in LA because he cannot live in AL due to a court judgment.

2. Updyke retired as a Texas State Trooper. Texas state troopers generally don't live in SE LA.

3. The man is a pariah in Springfield, LA where he lives now.

Updyke is a FLORIDA redneck who (except for a single year] has lived his entire life in LA, FL, and TX. Places where they welcome inbreds.

Updyke isn’t sorry, he loves the attention and won’t ever pay back anything more than $10k. BUT. In my opinion some of Auburns fans played the victim card too far. It was shitty to have poisoned those trees, ruined the tradition and that whole area of campus died. To say he deserved to die is over the top, he deserves a swift arse whopping and I would do it for free.

Little did he know he would make the tradition more famous and strengthen the Auburn spirit. War Eagle.
