Yeah, I did. Kiffin is objectively a good coach and I have said he was a good coach and LSU would be good.
But it obviously makes you feel better to believe that everyone said that he sucked and LSU would be garbage.

I understand this! I remember thinking to myself, "why in the hell does LSU fans hate us so much?" It was like this unhealthy delusional type of hate. As far as I cared LSU was just another formidable SEC program that was capable of beating us if we didn't bring our A-game. I always had respect for LSU but their fans just had an unhealthy level of hate for Bama. LSU could beat us tomorrow I wouldn't hate them. The only team Bama fans hate like that is Auburn. The only things that can cause that type of hate is jealousy or chronic annoyance.

Hating you guys because you were beating us year after year with the best coach we’ve ever had doesn’t really count as not admitting you were great. I don’t think anyone could prop that argument up for half a breath.
The closest I can come to that logic was more like y’all had the most championships of the era, but LSU had the best champion.

I always thought Kiffin has developed into a good coach. The older he gets and the more he matures, the better he gets. I never wanted him at Bama and still don't. Not because he's not a good coach but because he's just not a good fit for Bama. Bama is too culturally conservative for Kiffin. LSU and Kiffin have the perfect blend of chemistry and compatibility. Bama's never been a flashy team. Historically we just dig in, put our heads down and win. LSU is more Hollywood! Both work just 2 different philisophies.

Fake news. Bama basically had a dynasty for 10-15 years. Bama looked pretty good on Saturday as well with their QB1. Not as good as LSU looked, but Clemson was also overmatched.

What? What in the hell do these lawsuits have to do with anything we were talking about? These lawsuits came up from your own Coach's doing....Historically players that have participated in professional sports cannot come back to the amateur ranks. Whether you're for or against it, if you can't understand how that could rub some people the wrong way then you're just delusional. Better yet, I can almost guarantee, if the shoe was on the other foot your position would take a 180 turn. This is an example of not being able to smell your own shite! Now, if thats the rule and everyone is abiding by it then so be it. Let the chips fall where they may.

You can't paint a complete picture with one broad brush. There are many LSU fans who worshipped Nick Saban and dreaded playing the mighty Crimson Tide year after year. Just because you, personally, didn't feel love from Tiger fans don't mean they didn't give credit where credit was due.
My advice to you: Pull your hillbilly head outta your backwoods arse and go back to school to get your GED.

The difference between Alabama and Ole Miss is that I actually respect Alabama. They have earned that respect, even though I hate that a lot of their dominance has come against LSU.
I don't respect Ole Miss. I would love to see that entire school swallowed up into a black hole. It's a trash school that somehow thinks 2 good years makes them an "elite SEC team". It doesn't. And the way they treated Kiffin on the way out shows how pathetic that fan base is.
Ole Miss likes to think they are "above" most SEC schools, when the reality is they'll let almost anyone in. Ole Miss fans like to think they are more "civilized" because they put fake chandelier's up in the Grove. Behind all the fake chandelier's though and the cold Walmart chicken fingers, Ole Miss might be the most fake pathetic fan base in the SEC.
I only hated Alabama during the Saban years. I couldn't help but feel like he should've been making that dynasty at LSU.
Luckily we are out of that shadow now. I'm not saying I like Alabama, but I didn't hate Alabama before Saban and I don't hate them now post-Saban.
The Kiffin era is just starting at LSU. Ole Miss fans have a lot of years of misery and hatred ahead of them. I think most LSU fans know the feeling and in one sense, we feel for them because we know what they are about to go through. On the other sense, we love that they are going to be miserable the next 10 - 15 years.
