Why does it have to be one of the other?
A&M was good. We won all but 1 game. We earned the top 5 ranking. Sorry you’re team didn’t (everyone but Bama).

We will see next year when we have a legit season.

It's gonna be glorious. 10-2 is our floor next year. 15-0 is our ceiling.
(This will be when the rant finally comes to terms with what has happened at A&M, and you'll see the insults shift and talking points shift.)

Okay, Georgia of the West

Good thing A&M didn't have that excuse last year while playing with the youngest team in CFB.

Here is a hint. In 2021, the team won’t be the same as in 2020.
But, if anything the season will be much easier.
PV A&M
Kent St
New Mexico
Colorado
South Carolina
Missouri
Arkansas
Mississippi St
Ole Miss
Lsu
Auburn
Bama
A&M should be favored on paper in 11 of 12.

They claimed they belonged in the playoffs because of a 3pt win over FL. Oklahoma just skulldrug Florida on national TV and looked like the KC chiefs running them over. Missing receivers or not OU flat out ran Florida’s defense over and picked trask off enough times to get him benched. A&M was a NY6 team and that’s their ceiling kind of like ND. OU was probably the only team that deserved to be there based on eye test and this Ou team looked better than they were the previous 4 years.

They were undoubtedly a good team but is undeniable that with AU and LSU's collapse this season the SEC West was a weak as its been in years.
So the answer is probably both.
The barners train wreck beat the crap out of your train wreck. I know that misery loves company but the barners were just about what they've always proven to be. That pretty much just leaves the Cajuns to wonder about the meaning of their football relevance.

Hopefully, Haynes is that dude and the OL doesn't drop off too much.

You lost to a team that lost to Arkansas St.
Be quiet now.

Losses to Kansas State and Iowa State say different. Who gives a frick that you blasted a UF team missing 9 starters, 17 contributors, and who had obviously quit. BFD.
Here's a hint: if you want respect, don't lose to Kansas State and Iowa State.

TAMU benefited from stability and being heavily upper classmen in their 2 deep. They were likely a 9-3 or 10-2 type team with the style of O they ran. They were less impacted by the no spring and abbreviated Fall camps.
Overall they finished about where they would anyway. Just outside the playoffs, just outside the division title, just missing the conference title game.

Reminded me of 2013-2014 missouri
Good team, good season, but I think most of us understand why their record was what it was.

They were talented but they are not world beaters either

Its ok to be honest. It was quite a bit more than "just a few receivers." Included many on their defense too.

I think jimbo maybe figuring some things out and he'll probably be glad to see Mond try the NFL.
Besides, 14 is a good even number and since jimbo is the 14th HC since aggies won their last National Championship... maybe they're due.

And they were totally luck against UF, who was missing all those players - A&M managed only 10 more first downs and 150 more yards than UF, and they still won!
and still had to win by a field goal as time expires due to a gifted fumble.
this season is to aTm as last season was to LSU.

I see losses to LSU and Bama.

The gifted fumble we forced was very similar to the gift fumble you forced a few plays before?
