He's a passionate guy and that is okay. I don't quite get the Mahomes hate as it is very similar to how many despised Tom Brady, I guess. Yeah, he gets a lot of airtime and with that comes fatigue of seeing him everywhere but he seems to be a good dude. Certainly not a situation like Lebron.

I think the other big 12 qb is a more fitting representation. Big 12 is irrelevant and nobody does irrelevant better than Mr irrelevant

Not sure why OP is pumping up a Texas Tech QB, but is this supposed to be a shot at Purdy? The guy is clearly a solid NFL starter, impressive to become that after being the last pick in the draft. Not to mention he is currently outplaying every single Bama QB in the NFL.

Actually surprising that more big12 QBs ain't NFL HOFers - Texas produces some quality QBs. What Texas lacks in high school football in numbers is massive linemen on both sides of the ball with tailback speed for 25 yards. That is why the Big12 is not and never was very competitive against talented OOC foes...skill players at an elite level, very thin in the trenches.
