Apparently most of the guys in the frat decided they wanted to just let it go. One of the fraternity members parents aren't having it. That's why the charges are just now coming out. Detectives can't get people to coorborate that Vito brandished the gun because of course snitches get stitches so that's where all this is. If all of that is true then whoever it was that had the gun needs to be gone. Period.
