No HOA in historic neighborhoods. There’s a neighborhood association but that’s entirely voluntary and is, if i recall, $25 a year.
This is a weird one in that they tore down an old house and built this new one in a nice old neighborhood.

Drew’s is 9 years more recent. That’s a lifetime. And Baylor had been to 1 tournament ever when he took over. I’m not overly excited about Drew, but he’d unquestionably be the best on paper candidate we’ve ever hired.

Unironically i think Pearl would be fun as hell at UK. But he feels like he’d frick up in the tournament just as much.

No one hangs banners for regular season bb wins. Regular season college basketball wins merit a smile, maybe an beer, and not much more. Otherwise, the UK 2015 team would be the stuff of legends. But they got beat in the final 4 so no one gives a shite.
I’m not arguing this is good or a rational way to evaluate a team. It’s just the way the sport works.

Why is there no UK thing on the Tennessee River? It forms Kentucky Lake in… Kentucky.
While we’re at it, the Kentucky River is awesome. Limestone Palisades through the bluegrass offer great hiking and boating views.
