They sure as fuxk better be. I'm a lifelong Lexingtonian. UK isn't just my alma mater. This is my city. IDGAF how good you are at football. You wanna thug it up go to Louisville. Fit in just fine in that city.

I'm not a lawyer or a prosecutor, but it seems as though forced entry into a private residence with a firearm isn't the classic definition of burglary.

that's exactly what burglary is actually. Robbery is theft by force if that's what you were thinking. Using a firearm just makes the burglary aggravated. Burglary is the unlawful entry of a dwelling or business with the intent to commit a crime.

If you’re going to get arrested, make sure you do it in group form as these individuals did. That way you can turn ‘‘states evidence” and make a deal.
