Definitely need to tweak that rule. Almost as dumb as people diving into defenders and chunk up a 3.

Alabama will be fine. They just need to keep fighting and not flame out like they did last year. They had some great wins to start last year too.

This loss prepares us for March though. Gonzaga will be a good team. Bama has to mature and cut down on the mistakes.

Burnett was kind of the rock defensively that allowed the young athletic guys who were good individual defenders but not quite great team defenders do their thing.
His absence kind of led to some chaos, and Gonzaga has a bunch of old dudes who can take advantage. Tip of the cap.

We were a six seed last year because of the non conference wins. I really do think this team is better prepared for a deep run - we just have to keep improving. We’re young and today it showed.

Yea not concerned about this team doing what last year's did. Completely different personel and demeanor. Gonna lose some games to good teams.

Congratulations to Gonzaga. bama’s extremely overrated after their win against (now unranked) North Carolina, but it’s a good win nonetheless.

Nothing to be embarrassed about for Alabama today. Did they give up 20 more points than the Vols did to Gonzaga on a neutral court? Well, yes. But did they also score nine fewer points than the Vols did against Gonzaga? That, my friend... is true as well. Hmm.

Good win for Gonzaga, they played great. We are really missing Burnett and Welchs defense.
