This happens at least once a decade. And then one of us hires a coach or AD that performs WAY above expectations and revives the program. You can bet that their next coach will be an up and comer who will do some Dan Mullen shite

Everything is different with NIL. There is a very clear distinction there between us in that right now. We have a former high up executive of a very successful company running ours and I’m not going to go into specifics about theirs for fear of them reading this board but it is a DRASTIC difference. If there’s ever been a time I’m confident about us slamming the door, it’s now. Not saying it will happen, but it was nearly impossible to do that before and now it is very possible. They always had a leg up on us as far as relationships with high school coaches and used that to their advantage to even out the playing field and now that doesn’t matter nearly as much with $$$ legally involved.

On another note, did y’all notice how Golding was bringing the house on the last possession Saturday and we just could not get home. Their offensive line deserved a lot of credit.

Ukwu and Ivey are fine. Ukwu was just shaken up and came back in later in the game. Ivey was a concern but he ended up being totally fine after the game. We’re 100% for this game

I noticed especially in the first half we would show blitz and back off and Cedric Johnson got dropped in coverage a few times. The last possession we pretty much blitzed every play and we finally started getting pressure. I thought we should’ve blitzed more in the 2nd half because Johnson had all day to throw.

I hope Garrison is putting some feelers out with their OL. If things blow up I would take a couple that have 2 years left to play.

[Nabulsi] UGA beat reporter on if there's any chance Brock Bowers plays against Ole Miss on Saturday: "I expect him to".

Does it make anyone else feel fuzzy inside that this is basically a prove-it game for UGA and we’re going to get their absolute best shot Saturday night in Athens?

Bowers is still 50/50. I could see them saving him for Tennessee but who knows. If they play him against us that means they’re worried. Pettus is at the hospital getting an MRI on his left foot rn. I wasn’t even aware something was going on with him until I got that text

There’s no way Bowers plays. He had tightrope surgery less than 4 weeks ago. Why risk reinjury when he’s gonna be going pro in a couple months.
