Brutal to watch A&M do what we should have done to LSU. Such a wasted season.

Amos looked good in the few carries he got against the scrubs. Given the Bentley situation, I think it’s reasonable to question if Smith is just refusing to play him out of sheer incompetence and dumbassery.

Judkins wouldn’t have helped much with how the interior of our line has looked this year. He only had 29 yards tonight against a Nebraska team that isn’t Tommie Frazier’s big red machine. Couple that with the play calling and I think we would have the same record with him.

There are all kinds of problems with the team. Primarily coaching. A star running back isn’t going to fix them. We have one, but we mostly refuse to play him and when we do we run him into the back side of an inept o line.

I think fans-especially LSU fans-forget how difficult it is to win on the road in the SEC. Texas A&M had scoring drives of 6, 8, and 29 yards on the back of Nuss having a complete meltdown for little or no reason. Outscored LSU 31-6 in the second half but I believe only had 134 yards.

LSU beats A&M by 10+ in Baton Rouge, just like Ole Miss likely beats LSU in Oxford. My point is that crowd environments play such a huge impact on games. I'm sure Dart felt like Nuss in DV.

Going to be a WILD November. I see lots of upset possibilities so it's still wide open. shite, I think Carolina could upset A&M next week.

FWIW both schools have the same problem running the football. Run schemes aren’t that elaborate but it’s wild how bad LSU has been running without Jayden Daniels. Excited for Underwood but at some point great teams have to be able to run the ball.

Somehow beat Arkansas, lose to UGA, win the next two and watch our entire team opt out of the bowl game.

He struggles when he is under pressure. A&M was smart enough to realize you can't rush 3 against that offensive line and hope to have success.

My biggest problem is the coaches haven’t shown any urgency this year to improve the team. We keep playing the same struggling players instead of maybe giving somebody else those reps. The OLine probably should’ve had massive changes after the Kentucky game. I don’t think this team body language has looked right since that Kentucky game.

You need to specify, it’s offensive coaching. We have an OC that is over his head in scheming and definitely doesn’t hold players to standards. Look at how much Pete has improved the D. Do we have issues yes especially with athletic DBs but I would be willing to bet they will be extremely solid next year with loosing some studs to the NFL. I can’t not say that about the offense specifically the OL.

We need the Big 12 and ACC to eat each other so each conference only gets in 1 team.

Though Arkansas is beating us next week so it's moot anyways.

Yeah I've thrown a shite ton on Arkansas +7.5 and Arkansas outright already.

Either we win and I'm happy, or we lose and I make a really nice chunk of change.

Dropped a spot in the rankings after the win. We’re so cooked.

The primary issue with our staff is Lane. He’s not a leader, period and he’s a worse communicator. If he was effective at either we wouldn’t be asking the same questions each week and he’d occasionally demote or fire someone or at least let it be known that he’s taking over play calling duties. I’d help him pack if he wants to leave and I used to be a big fan of him.

I disagree. Lane is a great coach and i THINK he is following Saban’s style a little too close. Saban let his assistants call plays and run the show for better or worse. He would put his input in during the week but he would let them run the show on gameday.

As good of a coach as Lane is, he’s not Saban though and doesn’t make adjustments that are nearly as effective

I am a huge Gamecock fan this next month. They play A&M and Clemson, going to need both of those out of the race.

Honestly think they could do it too, or at least win one of the games.

If LSU and Ole Miss were to win out they both have damn good resumes, but both only get in with A&M losing to Carolina and Texas. I am not impressed with Tennessee at all and would not blink if they lost to Vanderbilt. They'll certainly lose to Georgia.

Decent point but come on, the culture at Bama (due to Saban) compared to the culture Lane has built are not at all similar. Saban’s coaches respected if not feared him and his team as a result was much more disciplined. I’m sure most of us are fairly well educated and have decent jobs and as a result are well prepared and adaptable. I still can’t understand how our offensive staff is not seeing what we all are seeing including a shaky offensive line. Give friggin Bentley, or the most productive back that night, the ball or throw to him in the flat to serve as a running game and throw (like we’re starting to) the TE the ball. If Dart is struggling give the backup a series and start calling the plays yourself if necessary! I just don’t see any urgency or competency in the offensive staff.. get a coach for friggin 10 million dollars that shows he cares more than I do at least.. thanks for the therapy I’ll Venmo you
