We lost at home to what is now a 3-3 Kentucky team that lost to Vanderbilt. Damnation.

It just sucks because we all bought into the hype this year and at the midseason point we have crashed and burned. I already got my ranting and melting out after Kentucky.

The talent is legit. It’s literally all coaching. The defense is finally where it needs to be. Staff and all. It’s the offensive staff that is killing us

Right losing to Kentucky was the season. I don’t remember who it might have been you that correctly compared it to South Carolina 09

I really wonder if Bentley was our rb1 all year if we wouldn't be undefeated. I love Parrish and he is a great complimentary back, but Bentley has shown the 3 years he's been here that he can be special when given the chance.

I really want it looked into why he has been benched. Did he do something or is it just Kevin smith would rather lose with his guy than play someone else. If it's something Bentley did I'd rather not blame smith or Weiss, lord knows there's plenty of other things to blame them for regarding our performance.

Parrish gave up about 3 sacks tonight and was truly awful all game. He’s simply too small to be an SEC RB. Bentley is easily the best RB on the team. When Tre Harris went out the offensive really started struggling. Juice Wells should probably be bench the rest of the season. Dart is just a more consistent Bo Wallace. Kiffin is really gonna have to make major changes inside the program next year.

I don’t think we’ve seen Ole Miss’ ceiling yet, but I think we may have seen Kiffin’s

There’s zero reason with the talent on this roster to lose these games. A shitload of penalties for over 100 years and that is NORMAL for this season. He’s getting paid top 10 money to fricking embarrass us.

I know an opposing rival's opinion sucks but I thought Ole Miss just left themselves up for disaster losing to Kentucky. I thought UK and Carolina had guys open most of the game but regardless just wild to put pressure on the team to beat LSU at night.

I wanted Lane to replace Les and that's documented on here. He is a star and Ole Miss should do what it takes to retain him...I will say I noe ticed the same from the marketing department with the "now or never" shite. I can feel the pressure as an opposing fan.

Good luck the rest of the way and grateful for the Grove experience.

^^^ yeah I can understand losing to LSU in Baton Rouge any year despite the fact we should have all but put that game away in the first half last night. It is all about that Kentucky game for us right now. Absolutely no doubt about it.

I think now that we have played 3 solid/average teams it is pretty clear we are just not that good. We have a great front 7 that can keep us in any game. Money well spent on all of them. We have arguably the best receiver in the nation but also one whose 2 biggest mistakes came in our losses. Cayden Lee is going to be great too. Dart is a good college qb. Not special or elite but a good college qb who has some limitations on certain throws the special ones make. That kind of roster can win games, but it's probably not good enough to play ok and still expect to win sec games. Especially with bad coaching decisions.

Maybe he should take a look in the mirror. That int in the endzone was perplexing

We’ve recruited like shite on offense and probably should make major changes on that side of the ball. All of the transfer portal pickups this year on offense haven’t played well and we’ve recruited so bad out of high school on offense. All the talent on this team is on the defensive side of the ball. The only NFL player we have on offense is Tre Harris.

Honestly I don’t know that it is. We’re not SEC caliber in the RB room, on the O-line( although I think that’s more on coaching and our dumb gimmicky arse scheme) and I don’t know that we are in the WR room either. Our guys cannot consistently create separation. LSU’s
3rd-6th guys in their rotation were routinely torching us last night but our guys kept getting locked down by their shitty secondary.

To add to this, we’ve got three five star offensive players in our state this season and we’re not going to land any of them, partially because Kiffin can’t be assed to recruit, but also because schools like Auburn are paying them 300-400k more. If we weren’t spending that money on wastes of roster space like Juice Wells, Rashad Amos, Dominque Thomas and would actually recruit on offense then maybe we match up better talent wise.

[And as much as some of y’all clown on me about this, fricking Freeze did take winning here seriously and wanted to win national championships here. He didn’t view us as a stepping stone to winning a title elsewhere]

Remember when preseason it was “ someone’s always gonna be open!!! Defenses can’t cover our receivers and tight ends!!!”

Those were the days
