I hope he punted the ball over the line of scrimmage. I was reading the headline wondering why this was a thing because most every punt is over the line of scrimmage. But then I remembered that Larry hasn't mastered English and meant that he punted the ball beyond the line of scrimmage or after he crossed over the line of scrimmage.

No. 5 yard penalty and loss of down. So since punting on 4th, Iowa started at Vandy 10 instead of on their own 40ish.
