Gonna be a huge culture shock going from Logan to Oxford . Logan is beautiful but it absolutely sucks as a city.

Deion Smith is eligible and will join practice tomorrow.

Deion will be the piece that takes this offense over the top. We were going to be awesome without him, but having Harris/Wells/Smith/Watkins/Prieskorn as our top five receiving options is just ridiculous

Smith has a lot of ground to make up learning the playbook and getting reps in this offense. Hopefully he will get some time in the second half of the non conference games

I think he needs to play a lot in our non-conference games. An up-to-speed Deion Smith is a starter for us IMO. Having him as ready as possible by the time we play Kentucky will be important

I still think Prieskorn is the key to the offense. We run the ball, especially off tackle, much better with him than without.

It's almost embarrassing. But we have five proven, experienced 4* or better receivers looking for touches. Plus Prieskorn.
Unless we throw the ball 50 times a game guys are gonna get left out.
It makes me wonder how many times we will really rush the ball this year. I think we've been traditionally 55/45 run/pass. But this year could legitimately be 35/65.

The threat of the pass will hopefully open up better running lanes since Q bitched out

Let's get an O/U on the yards our former friend accumulates on the frozen fields of the upper Midwest.
I'm going with 585 on the ground, with 18 catches for another 150 yards.
Signs an UFA contract and bounces around on the practice squad for a couple of years before going to work as a debt collector for a lower tier Albanian garbage contractor in Cincinnati

How much are you willing to put behind that lol? If no serious injuries Q puts up a minimum of 1k rushing in that offense - maybe closer to 1300 if Howard isn’t a great passer or they make a deep playoff run

OSUs leading ruser last year carried the ball 156 times. If Q gets 156, he'll need over 6 yards a carry to hit 1k. He's going to be splitting time with him and he's never averaged over 6 a carry.

He’s got to share carries with Henderson who is also good. 600 is a good o/u. They aren’t going to have two thousand yard rushers

I’m just saying if DraftKings let you bet on a season rush yds total of 600 I would be hammering the over. But enough talking about people who aren’t on this team
