Tulane is refusing to give sideline passes for any OM employees and they took the cooling stations and benches off the away sideline. This is all in response by their coach to Lane refusing to let them warm up in the indoor practice field in 2021. Ridiculous. I was excited about playing there but frick this. Such a shitty passive aggressive move by their coach. It’s dangerous

I hope CLK runs it up and we leave the starters in for the full game.

Lane certainly isn't above doing that. This is a huge game for us and he'll look to make a statement.

FWIW it’s going around in both inner circles that Pratt is looking very unlikely for the game tomorrow. Vegas isn’t aware of that yet.

I would rather beat them straight up with all of their best players playing.

Pratt the LB has a lower leg injury. Pratt the QB will play.

He knows the difference. He’s saying that he’s hearing from inner circles that the qb actually might not play tomorrow

Exactly. It’s “Tu-frickin-Lane!” I wanna whip them with all their “studs” on the field. But I guess we’re not in control of that.

For narrative purposes the QB being out isn’t great. For betting purposes it’s great since Vegas doesn’t know yet

Rebs 45
Wave 20

ESPN 2 so lane knows he will have a big audience and will try to run it up for style points

Meh. Whatever makes a win more likely, I’m all for it. If their best player is out, that’s great news for us. Winning is all that matters

problem is if they're too much of a pushover it won't help us prepare for Bama.

We definitely need to experience some sort of adversity

You must be a miserable sumbitch.

Do you want us to play JUCO ball so we can go undefeated or something?

I mean both sides are right. I think it’s a good thing we’re playing an away game top 25 team and I also think it’s a good thing that their stellar QB might not start today. Just because he’s questionable doesn’t mean we won’t face adversity

Tulane didn’t elaborate on Michael Pratt’s health during its media availability on Tuesday but said the junior quarterback will play against Ole Miss this weekend.

The No. 20 Rebels and No. 24 Green Wave meet at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Yulman Stadium on Tulane’s campus. The game is a sellout and will be televised on ESPN2.

“He’s fine,” Tulane coach Willie Fritz said about Pratt before shifting to the news that starting linebacker Corey Platt will miss the game and likely much longer than that after suffering an injury during the Wave’s win over South Alabama. He had 15 tackles before exiting with 1:41 left in the third quarter.

Again, he could start, but I know our defensive staff shifted Thursday night to preparing for the possibility that Pratt would not play based on some new piece of information they got. I hope he plays. I know our players feel the same. DBs need to be tested. Especially prince who didn’t look very sharp last Saturday

The ticker on ESPN News showed -8 just now.

I turned the channel because I cannot stand John Edge's annoying accent. Not sure where that comes from as I've never heard anyone else talk like that from Mississippi.
