You’re shopping for nfl rejects because your team is inadequate.
CFP contenders aren’t going on Pat McAfee’s show to argue why an nfl scout team player should take one of the “just different” players roster spots. They’re working on the little things that separate the contenders from the pretenders.

Of course they’re not the same circumstances but they’re equally as ridiculous. These two guys are according to the NCAA ruling eligible to compete for a fifth year. Why did the NCAA take Ole Miss to court over Trindad’s eligibility? Because it was ethical and perfectly legal?

I really do want an LSU fan’s perspective on this. What does LSU hope to gain from all of this in trying to get Wright and Harris on campus? You already have one of the top tight ends in the country and I doubt Harris would be a starter on the DL, especially coming in this late.
Getting these two players is not going to be the difference in y’all making the CFP or not so why destroy what little good will remains between the school and the SEC/NCAA (granted the NCAA can go frick itself). The risk reward ratio just doesn’t seem to be there if I’m LSU.
