Ole Miss will be without star running back Kewan Lacy for Saturday's game against Auburn after he dislocated his left shoulder during last weekend's 34-27 loss to Texas.

Head coach Pete Golding confirmed the news Monday, adding that Lacy is still undergoing medical evaluations and his status beyond this week remains uncertain.

"Obviously he's not going to play this week," Golding said. "We'll evaluate that going forward ... he's still getting some MRIs. It's a different injury than he had before."

Lacy previously injured the same shoulder against LSU earlier this season, forcing him to miss the Rebels' loss to Florida.

The junior running back has rushed for 388 yards and five touchdowns in six games this season after earning All-American honors in 2025.

Ole Miss (5-2) will host Auburn on Saturday before welcoming Georgia to Oxford on November 7.
