Need the bye week badly to get healthy and to figure out the O Line.
Need to use Bentley more. Hit the Deep Ball. Clean up the penalties and turnovers and missed field goals.

It all comes down to UGA at home.
The SEC will probably get 4-5 slots.
So we just need to finish top 5 in the SEC.

Texas 12-0
Bama 10-2
UGA 9-3
Tennessee 9-3
Mizzou 9-3
LSU 10-2
A&M 9-3
Ole Miss 10-2

1. Miami
2. Big12
3. Notre Dame
4. Indiana/Clemson/Pitt/UGA/Tennessee
5. Oregon
6. Ohio State
7. Penn State
8. Texas
9. Bama
10. LSU
11. Ole Miss
12. Boise State

It’s very doable.
We’re favored in every remaining game.

We aren't going anywhere with our shitty offense. We have a higher chance at going 6-6 than 10-2.

No, we're not getting in.

Losing to LSU at night in Death Valley? Okay, fine. Sucks.

Losing to Kentucky? Unforgiveable.

It was playoffs or bust - we're not making the playoffs and this season is now a bust.

I lean towards not getting into the playoffs as well, but the fact of the matter is, there is still a path. Nobody can say otherwise.

I can. If we keep doing what we’re doing on offense and defense we are going to lose most of the rest way out. Our O and D have been totally exposed. And Lane won’t make the necessary changes to fix them.

How we handle the path is a different issue. My point is, obviously, that there still exists an avenue to the playoffs.

You’re correct, if we win out then it is possible, however, Lane is taking the Florida job and fully intends on phoning the rest of the season in so we’re not winning out.

Playoffs are not happening. This team drops at least 2 more. It isn’t pessimism, but just going off what we have seen objectively. The offense isn’t that good and cannot get out of its own way in a variety of ways. That was made crystal clear last night. From playcalling to costly mistakes to certain personnel not being impactful. The opportunity was there and now it’s gone. Team could easily be 6-0 and at this stage of the season, this is where we needed the 1-2 losses to be able to take in our back pocket. It is what it is. I’m more curious about what lies ahead for OM in terms of who will be the head coach and what rebuilding looks like. Congrats to Lane though for all the money he has made off OM and delivering a cringe season this year. He’s the one who made off the best from all of this and ultimately let the alumni and fans down.

^^^ Hahaha

Alexa, define pessimism: “ a tendency to see the worst aspect of things or believe that the worst will happen; a lack of hope or confidence in the future.”

It’s actually reality and not delusion. Why we don’t have Prieskorn in on 90 percent of red zone plays is confounding and why has Bentley not been playing? Our big secret weapon against LSU was the wildcat with Dart standing right next to Parrish?
