That comment from Bentley really rustled them good. I don't normally post anything on Facebook, but I think it's time for me to come out of retirement and reply to some of their posts.

there is something really off about them. Literally every one, even the more civil, that I have met left me thinking man somethings wrong with that guy.

They are a cult. Plain and simple. You can take a normal guy or girl with whom you went to high school, put them up there for 4 years and they come out brainwashed.
Their alums are up there for 4 years with essentially no dissent. Hardly any Gamecock presence in Pickens or Oconee Counties. Richland County certainly is Gamecock Country, but there are fans of other teams there. It makes Gamecock fans much more socialized to opinions other than their own.
You can't get into an argument with a Clemson fan. If they're wrong and they know it, they revert back to the all time series record, 63-17, Cootlumbia or some other white trash or redneck saying about us. To hell with their entire fanbase imo.

Thank God my best friend had enough sense to get the hell outta there. She attended (and cheered for) the taters her freshman and sophomore yrs then she 'saw the light and the error of her ways' and transferred to Carolina where she received her degree in Psychology. She is ALL Gamecock now.
