Has a player ever "won" the Heisman for his play against your team?

Ever had a player for another team or your team have a hell of a game where you thought to yourself he just won the Heisman?

I know Manzel probably won his because of his game vs Bama. Ingram for Bama probably because of his game vs USCe. Maybe Henry for his game vs Auburn. Definitely Smitty for the game/catch vs lsu.

Any others you guys can think of?

I think Cam Newton's heisman moment came when he dragged Patrick Peterson into the goal line.

Shitty quality, but all I could find.

All the OU ones were won via statpadding against dogshit teams. We caused the end of Nebraska's relevancy. RG3 won his against OU, we played them the last game of the season I think so it was already wrapped up by then. John David Crow lost to Texas his Heisman season.

So nope.

Yup, you forgot the easiest one!

Burrow kicking y’all’s arse and took the ball on a QB run down to your 5 yard line to seal the deal! Even all the announcers, you know the assholes CBS, all states when he made that run, that was his Heisman moment. That was his moment, bud that game also sealed the deal for him!

I would have thought that was still fresh in your memory bank, if you remember Manzel

Joe Burrow's Heisman moment was Tua's injury in the Tennessee game...

Henry vs LSU and Burrow vs Bama. Lucky enough to have been at both games. The Henry game wasn’t near as competitive as the 2019 game but was still fun to watch him dominate. Not to mention the Bama D shutting down fournette.

It’s too bad that Tua had ankle surgery two weeks prior but Burrows definitely got my respect after that night fwiw.

Tebow had his ‘Heisman moment’, totaling seven of those touchdowns in Florida’s 51-31 victory at South Carolina on Nov. 10, 2007.

I thought it was going to be Larry Fitzgerald. He was beating double and triple teams all day long at Kyle Field.

"If you have a good game against Bammer. You're going to win the Heisman."

Do the insecurities and bloviating of the Bammer fan base have a limit?

I don’t know if this counts but in 2013 in a game I was watching they were showing the previous heisman winners from the SEC in last few years starting w Tebow and each highlight was a play against Ole Miss, by the time it got to Richardson’s juke against Senquez Golson I was like you gotta be kidding me, then came Manzeil’s scramble against us in 2012 smh

Cam versus LSU. The scene of him running away from and finally dragging PP7 still burns.

Henry was the game against LSU because he so thoroughly outshined fournette.

Dmac won it against #1 LSU with over 200 yards on the ground and another 50 through the air. Troy smith doesn’t exist in my mind

Pat Sullivan secured the Heisman for his game against Georgia in 1971.
