Another notable provision in the bill would require athletes to complete three years of residency at a given institution before being eligible to transfer without penalty.
That killed it for me. No athlete in this age should have to stay anywhere he doesn't want to be. I say go. But 3 years,,no!!...

UGA earned it this year. We lost. I'm extremely proud of our young men who lost to a very rugged and tough Georgia team. Kirby is a class act. I'm happy for him.
