Who Else Would You Want? Texas Alternative Thread

I think most of us see value in the Sooners but we're all assuming we'd have to take Texas as a freebie add-on to get the OU prize.
If that's not true and we can siphon off OU and let Texas go chase their Pac 12 destiny or whatever, who else could we add?
Obviously NC State and VT get mentioned a lot, neither seem natural to me but I get that there are a lot of geographic "fits" that are off limits (primarily FSU and Clemson). Nobody wants thug life Louisville. UNC or UVA would be welcome but neither will come. I would consider Oklahoma State.

The league is about being fun and hating other teams. These schools would slide righttttttttt in to that scene.
Plus Tech gives us Vandy x2 and a fun Atlanta home game for everyone else in the league every other year or so.

UNC is my favorite option. It seems off to me that there’s no North Carolina SEC school. NC State might be too far down the ladder though. For selfish reasons I would like to expand east instead
