what is the next false hope that conservatives glom onto? Is there hope still being held out for those bamboo ballots?

I have simply been paying attention.

Evidently not.

Did you know that latest Rasmussen poll shows over 50% of the voting population, including 30% of dems, believe cheating decided the election.

Wholly irrelevant. Why would you erroneously believe that any personal, anecdotal opinion is objective evidence of any wrongdoing?

I don't know but the hard evidence we are finding in GA,AZ, Wi and soon Pa, Mi will very likely demonstrate that the election was stolen.

What statical method did you use to calculate this probability as "very likely"?

You are setting yourself up for collosal disappointment.

Here is a website and phone number when you are at the end of your rope.

No fear from this impotent display by Lindell. I pity him, and people like you.

This player wasn't solely the reason for the win, but played an enormous role on and off the field - Sam “Bam” Cunningham in the 1970 Alabama - Southern Cal game, won by Southern Cal, 42-21.

Terrible loss. I would add the 1973 Sugar Bowl loss to Notre Dame, 24-23, as well. At least Alabama still had a split title in 1973, the 1975 Orange Bowl loss prevented then from winning the title for the 1974 season.

This is literally what you are doing here.

Arkansas has been to the CWS 2 of last 3 seasons, including a runner-up finish. The one season we didn't make it, we spent the majority of the year at #1. We'll probably be preseason #1 next year as well.

Not an SEC mascot, but the early versions of Sparty, the Michigan State, mascot is ridiculous. I think this is from 1973.

I agree. For live mascots, Ralphie is hard to beat.

I heard that little nugget from a guy who's been covering OSU Cowboy football recruiting since the 80's, so he would know.

You think an appeal to authority logical fallacy carries any weight? Your anecdote is worthless.

OU's offense is a lot easier to prepare for when one has two or three weeks, than 3 days.

I suspect that SEC teams will adapt just fine.

Be honest and tell me why you’re think OU a will not be the 2nd or 3rd best team in the sec.

The 1-2 losses in a soft conference like the Big 12 turns to 3-4 in the SEC. Also, the slog through this conference takes its toll on all teams, generally week in and week out. We'll see how they adjust.

Despite the success for Oklahoma, I would rank them as the fifth best program when they finally arrive. I would put them behind Alabama, LSU, Georgia, and probably Florida.

I think that expanding the playoffs to twelve teams would help Oklahoma, otherwise they would have a difficult time making a four team playoff.

Top 25 seems to be an unreachable dream.

Look who came calling when I jerked your chain.

I do actually believe that Harsin will sign a top 25-30 class "next year". Whether he can have increased success at Auburn will be determined by how they perform. If Harsin is able to get Auburn to 8-4 (best case scenario, I believe) this year then I think you may be right regarding the mid-teens in recruiting. Whether he can return Auburn to past recruiting success is to be determined.

Perhaps I should have called it, your "last class". Nonetheless, all of your "last class" has been signed/enrolled and coaches are recruiting your "next year" class, which is the subject of my post to you.

our head coach took a class ranked 77... and took it to 19

I thought that Auburn had more cachet than that, to only barely crack the top 20, even with a new incoming coach. I'm not sure that is much of an accomplishment by SEC standards, even with a new coach.

Sure, if that makes you feel better.

Your post sounds angry, but I suspect some of that may be from having to live in the long shadow of the program in Tuscaloosa.

It's pretty reasonable to expect that he could take that class to the low teens in 6 months

Perhaps. We'll see.
