just saying before yall go buy yalls team's new jerseys at walmart or the dollar store. (howevery, ATM jerseys make for good liquid absorbents)

Better off donating that money to clemson to buy a new mascot costume.

Yep. But not to expect a dropoff is just a crazy statement to make. Burrow had one the best seasons in CFB history, but we won't experience a dropoff.

He has the physical talent. He ran the spring game this year when Burrow was out and absolutely crushed it. Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come, but no one will live up to burrow any time soon.

Burrow is the greatest QB of all time.

Dude. He could put up the 2nd greatest season in LSU history, by 500 yards and 10+ TDs, and it would still be a huge dropoff.

ETA: I think Brennan will be a good QB, but the expectations being put on him are unfair.

I'm a fan of Brennan and think he'll do well, but "c'mon man!". Burrow had so many intangibles that most CFB QBs don't.

This was the greatest season by a CFB QB ever. I can see 3500 and 30+ TDs by Myles. We will run a lot more with Davis-Price and Emery next season so he won't have to throw as much.

You are talking with your arse now, because your head knows better. You will NEVER have another QB like JB, just like we will never have another Cam Newton, so don't let your mouth (fingers) write a check that your arse can't cash. Enjoy JB and the NC, but remember that this dude is a generational player

Joe burrow is the best quarterback in college football history, maybe the best player

Brennan could have a heisman season and there’s going to be a huge drop off

Any QB will be a big drop off. Burrow was able to see the Defense and throw into a very small window. He throws a very catchable ball. Half of Burrows completions last night would be incomplete passes with most QB. You are whistling pass the graveyard if you think otherwise.

Following the best season a QB has posted in college football history; how is there not going to be a big drop-off?

All that matters is if he can be effective; he doesn't have to be the best ever.

You’re a moron if you truly believe this. Burrow just had literally the best season of any QB, ever.

I don’t care who replaces him next year, there’s going to be a drop off. Even if Brennan is able to match 75% of Burrow, that would be an incredible year.

How many times did he escape pressure when he looked like he was going to be sacked? That's on top of his accuracy.

We will deff see some drop off.

Burrow IMO is a once in a lifetime QB.
That said, I like to look for positives. Brennan has had the opportunity to watch and learn from Burrow. Obviously there are somethings you can not and will not learn as everyone is different but there are somethings that can he could learn.

The Houston QB King transfer will be LSU’s QB next year. You’ll be happy about that.

Bruh, Joe Burrow himself could start every game in 2020 and have a drop off.

No he won’t. We can’t bring a grad transfer in until June. King will be signed long before then.
