Awful.
Very few teams in CFB ever have a roster as talented as the one we had this year. And yet our offense was utter and complete dog shite.
If Kirby doesn’t realize that he has an emergency situation on the offensive side of the ball and make a complete overhaul, than he is clueless, an idiot, or both.
The offense we trotted on the field this year is the single worst organized and coordinated unit I’ve ever seen. Who knows what percent of that is Coley and what is Smart, but the fact of the matter is that it was embarrassingly bad, and will not get better without new leadership.

Our offense completely wasted our defense, if that makes sense.

Wasted a great defense. One of the best in school history.
Kirby is a clown. He is going to keep Coley. In week three next year, after Bama destroys us in Tuscaloosa, the hot seat talk will start.

South Carolina will have a 2 p.m. BOT meeting to approve what the agenda refers to as "A. R. Michael Bobo Employment Agreement," so there you go, it's official. Gamecocks have a new OC and QBs coach.
done deal. oof

Here are some major, career defining mistakes he has made in the last 18 months:
1. Not transitioning to Justin Fields at half time in Baton Rouge, essentially letting a generational talent walk out the door.
2. Promoting James Coley, a proven failure and terrible OC, to be our OC, because of Kirby’s philosophy that only recruiting matters and coaching/scheme is irrelevant.
3. Sticking with his mistake and retaining Coley despite the 2019 offense being one of the worst ever at UGA, wasting an elite defense, and costing one of our schools best rosters ever the chance to win anything meaningful.
And those are just off the field. Let’s not even mention his elementary school level clock management, his refusal to stay aggressive on O that has cost us a national title and an SEC title, the single worst play call I’ve ever seen (fake punt), etc.
He needs to be the face of the program, the engine of our recruiting, and involved with the defense. His refusal to embrace a real offense is hurting UGA and will prematurely end his career here.

I hate people like you that continue to pound this narrative. The playcall was brilliant, the execution was pathetic. There's a lot of things to criticize kirby about but that play call isn't one of them.

Dude, you make a ton of assumptions.

So I take it NCDawg isn't happy with the current program?

I would like to see us win a national title in my lifetime. It will not happen under our current head coach.

crazy you can tell that after seeing the guy's first 4 years ever in his HC career. You realize guys like saban, meyer, miles, etc all cut their teeth for a while and learned OTJ before winning titles in the SEC right?

The bolded above is blatantly false as it pertains to offense. Yes, we had a very talented roster, but offensively we weren't even close to most talented in the country, much less ever in CFB.
Start with QB. Do you believe Jake Fromm is one of the most "talented" in the country? Did you watch the guy who played QB for LSU on Saturday? That's what elite talent looks like. Receivers-probably not in the top 25 if you consider experience and look at who was available recently, especiallly last weekend, it was way down the list of best groups. RB- we had one really good one (and he played a handful of snaps on Saturday), one average(Herrien), one recovering from two consecutive ACL's and one who is too small to be a full time RB. TE - don't make me laugh. OL - yes, one of the best in the country, but considering the skill players they did about as good as you could possibly expect.
I'm not a Coley fan at all, but it's completely false to say he's been working with a ton of talent and experience in 2019.

We probably have more than LSU, if you simply go by recruiting.

Yes, he's light years better than Fromm. However, before this season people were wondering if he was even a starting QB in the league. Still, he's far more talented than Fromm. So you're right on this one.

LSU's receivers were nothing to write home about prior to this year. We have three 5 star receivers on our roster. Unforunately two of them were true freshman and the other didn't play much at all last year.

Come one, UGA is better than LSU at the RB position. This isn't even up for debate. LSU has one, and he's not as good as Swift.
The offensive line speaks for itself.
The biggest difference between UGA and LSU comes down to two things, OC and talent at QB.

Count me as one who never though Dabo would sniff a championship game much less win 2. Some guys learn things the hard ways.

ALL were blue chips and 2 were highly Freshman last and freshman WR's rarely make an impact in the SEC and the other
WR (Jefferson) had almost 900 yards receiving as a Sophomore. They'r more talented and EXPIRENCED than our group.
We probably have the 7th or 8th ranked
wideout group in the conference and were
probably 2nd last year we

So I saw an account with 230 followers says Coley is a candidate for the FAU job so I’ve chosen to believe that it’s happening
