They both embraced and fast forward to next year and it's 3rd and 9 and Cook takes a draw up the middle for 3.

And somehow the defense manages to string together three straight TFLs, giving Bobo good field position without need for a punt return. Never has that goofy frat boy felt more alive

Oklahoma had done rather well with a 55/45 run/pass combination. But their runners run better and their receivers catch better. Maybe that is the difference.

Feeling exhilarated, Bobo sees an opening. He sends in the play. Play action from the pistol with Pickens in a post over the middle. The ball is snapped and, what's this?! A jet sweep to DRob? That rapscallion Coley has sent in another play!
Coley and Bobo stare daggers into each other. Then they both chuckle and agree. Time to run the ball up the middle.
