Yeah, the endless Nebraska love affair is interesting. I don’t remember the last time Nebraska had a WR get drafted by NFL.

The last Nebraska WR to get drafted was Kenny Bell 2015 in round 5. The last time Nebraska put a player in round 1 regardless of position was Prince Amukamura (maybe spelled wrong) in 2011. They’ve had a few 2nd and 3rd round picks since then.

The love affair in the STL for NE, IA, MN, and WI is baffling to this MU fan. Except for the RBs that have gone to WI. That makes sense.

Remember Chris Brooks? 4-star out of Missouri. Committed to us then flipped to the Nubs. I think he caught 5 passes in 5yrs.

I understand Nebraska has history but it’s just that. History. They have very few success stories in the nfl the last few years. I don’t understand how they consistently get great classes based off what they did 20 years ago.

Either just secretly sizing up future opponents...or he's gone.

He thinks the pigs are "amazing." Indeed

This is why I don't have much faith in early commitments. This might be just him just enjoying checking out other schools, because he can.

I said this when he first declared, commitment in March is useless.

I wouldn't say "he's gone". Dudes take visits to other schools while committed all the time.

I'm guessing 1000% may have been a wee bit of a stretch though...

We learned against Texas how important a good punter can change an entire game. We were better than Texas except in special teams.

We lost two games last year because of special team mistakes. Texas and when we had the momentum against USCe. Their return game completely changed the game.
