Bannon is not a lawyer, so Epstein doesn’t have attorney-client privileges. Breaking a NDA is sometimes legal when sexual assault is involved. Bannon would have known he would never be sued by Epstein if he was a whistleblower. Breaking a NDA is not a criminal offense it is a civil offense
Epstein is dead and a NDA would be invalid if it was used to cover up a crime.
Whatever Bannon knows he could talk about. If he decides to talk his life will definitely be in danger.
Clinton’s are going to a Congressional hearing I would love for Bannon to be in front of an open hearing.

Capitol police were ordered not to use tear gas, smoke, and flash grenades. They didn’t get the okay until later in the day after the breach. If they had used their riot tools there probably would not have been a breach. That was one of the topics at the Capital Hill hearings.
Turning a peaceful protest into a riot, because cops used smoke and tear gas would still be wrong.

1. Pretti had a weapon and DC Police and Secret Service were advised people had weapons.
2. Both did not listen to officers when they told them to stop
3. Pretti got in agents personal space. Babbitt was in a closed government building that had the VP, Senate, and House in it and was going towards their positions.
Both were preventable and should not have happened. We will know more about Pretti once the officers body cam video’s are released.

It’s not just in Minnesota where politicians commit fraud. It is happening in all states. Since 2020 Missouri has had 3 state officials convicted or plead guilty of fraud. The Speaker of the House pled guilty in September of fraud and embezzlement.
In 2024 19 states paid more into the federal government than they received. Minnesota paid in the 8th most at $50 billion more than they received. When you break it down they receive the 2nd least per capita than any other state. It’s not a state that relies on the federal government.

The Right/conservatives problem is they think all of MAGA are conservative. Trump has followers from all kinds of people. There are people in MAGA that were once big Obama supporters. People like to follow and believe big personalities

Police were hit, pushed, bear sprayed etc… if the DC police had acted like ICE there would be dozens of people killed. Police departments are trained in crowd control. ICE doesn’t provide any training in crowd control.

It depends on the Democrat candidate. If the the election was held today Democrats would win. You may not like it, but right now Newsome or Shapiro would beat any Republican running
If the Democrats get a moderate VP candidate or a VP candidate from a swing state they would win comfortably.
Trump’s base is strong, but that’s not gonna win an election if it was held today.

What she did was wrong and made a mistake that got her killed.
He was not one of the officer’s trying to de-escalate. He was in front of the vehicle and the only one with his gun drawn.
He was standing in a spot where officers are trained not to be in that situation. Officers are trained not to stand in front or behind a vehicle that is running.
I don’t see anything he did that was criminal, but there will be a civil case against ICE officer training. Johnathan Ross was dragged after a stop in June because he put his arm inside the vehicle. In training officers are trained not to put their arms inside running cars and Ross made that mistake.
He is definitely not a well trained officer
