The SEC needs this shot in the arm, Gruden to UTenn and Florida getting Kelly would be huge for getting the conference out of the dumpster fire. I welcome the GRUMORS.

The only people that don't want Gruden are the East and Alabama

We couldn’t give any less of a shite about Gruden going to Tennessee, FWIW.

I'm hoping that TN gets him. Dude has been out of coaching for forever and has no proven ability to even recruit. He'd be a total flop and the Rocky Top tears would truly be delicious when he falls flat on his face.

I want him simply for internet purposes alone. God have mercy on you all if he brings VOLS back amongst the CFB elite

Lol funny how an LSU fan is an expert on how Alabama fans feel. Obsessed.
Saban is the best coach of all time why would we be afraid?

He'd do fine. He's got a good offensive background and would hire a solid recruiting staff. Every high school player in the country knows who Gruden is and would be pumped seeing him on their couch.

Gruden to Tenn would be great. 5 yr deal with a nice buyout will guarantee 3+ years on Vols melting cause he sucks arse as a college coach.
will be great
will be great

They actually think he'd come in with the Saban effect in regards to recruiting. Pretty laughable.

well, Alabama fans have been the most vocal about Gruden, so yeah I'd say they care plenty. It must have been nice for your permanent East opponent being a layup for the last decade when they had almost a .500 record against Alabama all-time prior.

I get the excitement of UT fans, but winning under Gruden isn't some sure thing. It's actually risky considering the money they'll be pumping out. But really, what does UT have to lose except a little extra money? You'd think they got the death penalty a decade ago.

Wrong because I think he would be great for the SEC, doubt he does much for UT but it would be a great hire for the conference

Grudens coaching greatness is largely exaggerated and indulged.
Dude is the GOAT on MNF and as an analyst in general though.

I'm going to copy and paste this everytime I see a low IQ post, like the one quoted above:
What was Sabans record in the NFL before being fired? Petrino and Saban both looked like hammered dog arse in the NFL and failed miserably. They turned out to be great college coaches. But Gruden, the guy who won a Superbowl, should have coached in 2, and won 5 divisional titles at the highest level will fail in college?
You don't think that a guy who has had the highest level of success (Superbowl) on the toughest stage in his profession (NFL) couldn't move down to an easier platform and continue having success? He's immediately one of CFB's most elite coaches the second he's hired.
Him busting Nick Sabans arse on his failed attempt in the NFL is just a bonus.
He obviously needs to put together a staff of elite recruiters and guys who know the ins and outs of CFB to be successful.
