Rogers goes on to say it's O'Sullivan.

Texas was paying Augie just over $1M a year, UF is only paying O'Sullivan just under $600k a year. Looks like they could be offering him 7 figures. UF would be silly not to match, but how serious is UF about baseball?

O'Sullivan is best coach in baseball. Anyone would want him.

Uf needs to match if they're in fact serious, which I think they are.

If they lose him, whom do they go after?

"rumors, rumors, rumors". if the source is anyone even remotely connected to tejas it's probably bull shite.

there is NO other school, included alafrickingbama that is as arrogant as those pricks. "we are texas, we get what we want". is so lame.

hope UF steps up and pays the man. O'Sullivan is good for the SEC. if they structure his contract correctly they should not have to pay him a million bucks. make the incentives enough to exceed it tho.

I don't agree with this, and that is not to say he is a bad coach.

Florida has had success before with other coaches. It is a strong program. He is yet to do something no other coach has not done there... at least something of note like winning a National Championship.

Well that's not very Texas of them, also, Texas Tech's head coach played at Texas Tech. Guess we may find out how loyal he is to his alma mater.

An elite assistant or an up and coming coach at a smaller school. That's Foley's M.O. in pretty much every sport.

Wanting the best isn't what makes you insufferably prideful.

Florida does not lose coaches to lateral college positions very often, can't really remember the last time it happened.

Sully is like a better version of Danny Hall at Georgia Tech. Good coach capable of running a very solid program but can't seem to put it all together. For that matter, he's also like a young Mike Martin at FSU.
