He is pretty respected and heard his name a lot when I lived in Las Vegas.

I think you meant to put 5-7 overall and 2-6 in conference for Kentucky.

Which I'd be pretty content with given the roster and coaching overhaul in it's 2nd season. That's one more overall win then what I've figured and one more SEC win.

LSU with only 2 losses would be pretty fantastic for this team. Realistically 3 losses and no higher than 3rd is more accurate.

I suppose that's possible, although I don't see it happening. We'll know soon enough though because if SCAR beats UGA at home then his entire premise crumbles.

Two SEC wins and not dead last in the East? I would be ok with that for year 2.

It's probably a little homerish to expect a bowl game this year, but it would be a welcome relief after the last two seasons.
