I found out my ancestry is pretty much 90% English. Our traditional food sucks arse. Wish I could have lucked out with some Italian or Mexican, yet to find any dish from those two places I don't like.

English breakfast is amazing.

ETA: I'm Dutch-German-Scotch-Irish-Cajun-English. I love my Dad's Cajun food.

I am mostly English and Scottish. I've never really had cuisine from either country, to my knowledge, so I can't really judge. Since they've been here since the 1650's, though, I guess I will claim Southern/soul food, which is goddamn delicious.

I'm not sure I've ever even had it. Where does one get German food? Epcot?

I'm mostly english, so of course breakfast is my favorite, and often only real meal of the day.

Also, the English suck at food, but its ok, they just went about conquering everyone else who had tasty dinners.

Haggis is pretty tasty if you make it the way the old people did.

Scot = person
Scotch = booze

If you say you are Scotch Irish, you are just saying you are Irish and you like Scotch. Since Scoti is a Roman term who know what the Scots actually called themselves at the time. I just know modern Scots can be called by phone or the dinner bell.

I'm pretty WASPy. Bland is the best word I can think of if we're going that far back.

As far as regionally, in Kentucky, pretty damn good.

German: love spatzle and schnitzel

Native American: I got nothing

Soul Food: Absolutely disgusting

Tex-Mex?

My favorite overall cuisine is Italian though. Idk where that comes from

I'm 95% Irish but I don't like Irish food. I like French dishes. They really know food.

I'm German. Our food might be kinda boring, but it's simple and to the point.

Beer, sausage, sauerkraut, and rye bread is good shite.

ETA: By beers I mean lagers. Good lagers at that. Germans don't really drink ales aside from Hefeweizens.
