Lets see how this tread turns out, I thought it would be a good idea for us to have a thread for our fellow aggys, and foreigners who have access, to check in and tell a little about themselves.

I'm WestCoastAg, also known as WCA or the #HKIC. I'm a sport management major and I am the loudest and proudest member of the fighting texas aggie class of 2015, ay ay ay whoop! My dads job moved to houston my junior year in HS so my mom and I stayed in LA till I finished and now we are all in Houston. I am a big laker, dodger, UCLA, and king fan to go along with a&m. I hope to work with the lakers one day after I'm done with school.

Howdy!

I'm Houston Summit, also known as HS or Summit, and i'm a proud graduate of Texas A&M class of '13. Majored in finance and now currently work in real estate in Houston.

I was born in the H, but dad worked for Enron and got transferred to Midland when I was 2 years old (thankfully dad quit Enron before the shite hit the fan ). I grew up in good ol West Texas, but couldn't wait to get out of there and get down to Aggieland for college (way too many Tech fans in Midland).

Love my Ags, Stros, Rockets and Texans, and enjoy playing baskeball and golf in my spare time, along with drinking beer and playing xbox lol.

Oh, and this

quote:

I hope to work with the lakers one day after I'm done with school.

is a terrible idea. BEAT LA!

Howdy bitches

I'm Austin aka Roger Klarvin, Fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2011 (BS in Biology). I'm a 25 year old graduate student living in Houston with my wife. I grew up in a suburb of Dallas and most of my family lives in DFW or East Texas. My dad is class of '81, my aunt and uncle class of '77 and my cousin class of '09. I'm a Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers and Stars fan and will fight any motherfricker who says Nolan Ryan and Roger Staubach aren't the most badass athletes to ever live.

Hi, I'm octothorpe. Class of 2018, computer engineering. Been to too many football games to remember, and had the chance to sit in the student section for the first time(s) the past two games. Very excited to be on campus next year

My name is Bama Bird. I'm a student at The University of Alabama and I'll be graduating in exactly a month from tomorrow. I've lived in Birmingham nearly my entire life, but I had a brief but fantastic stay in Princeton, NJ during my middle school years and I plan on going back there (or somewhere in the Northeast)- that's just where I feel I belong. I'm in the process of applying to law school, where I will enroll next Fall. I haven't actually applied yet, but I'm looking at several schools in the Northeast and Midwest. I do have a top choice and I expect I'll get in, but I'm not going to share that info here.

HOWDY!!!

My name is Trey Felder (yeah, my real name--idgaf......follow me on twatter @ TbirdTr3y_10 ), a.k.a., the #HNIC, and I am the loudest and proudest graduate of the PERFECT Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2010 (WHOOP!). My college was "Wehner High," Mays Business School, were I studied Marketing. Was also a member of Squadron "Thunderbird" 3 in the Corps of Cadets, and am currently on active duty in the Air Force, stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, Missouri (but living in nearby Warrensburg, MO).

I'm a second generation Aggie: my dad is retired Air Force, Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '83, and a former member of Squadron "Gator" 2. He and my mom and 8 siblings still live in College Station. My little brother is the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2014, and is also a Mays Business School student.

My wife (username "kissedbyarose" on here--she has like 1 or 2 posts ), is FTACO '11, was also a "Tbird" in the Corps, and is also on active duty with me in MO. She was a Comm major, and we're both working on our master's degrees in Human Services: Executive Leadership through Liberty University. She lurks on here from time to time, but prefers to online shop more than anything, bless her heart

I'm a HUGE fan of the all things A&M athletics (emphasis on football), the San Antonio Spurs, the Michigan Wolverines, the Dallas Cowboys, and NASCAR (Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon ftw). If I'm not here, you can usually find me on TexAgs (same username as here), or PoundingtheRock.com (Spurs' SB nation blog--I'm also a part-time moderator over there. Real name is my username), so holler at me. The way I act on here is pretty much spot on with the way I act IRL, so what you see is what you get

Planning on finding a job back in TX (hopefully San Antonio but we'll see what God wills) after my and my wife's military commitments are over. Pray for us, if y'all believe in that.

Thanks, and Gig 'Em!

I'll keep this thing rolling.

I'm originally from the bustling metropolis of Tyler. I graduated in the best Aggie class of '12 with a degree in International Studies/Business. I ultimately want to build orphanages and train church planters and pastors in Central Africa. I've spent some time overseas, but for now, I am back at school in New Orleans to get my masters. Being one of only 2 Aggies I know here has made for an interesting football season.

Jobu.
Class of 1993
I was big into Bonfire. Lost 40 pounds my CrewChief year when I got the mononucleosis.
History/poly sci major
My lone regret is not serving my country
I now sell surgical instruments and I'm not afraid of using them to inflict grave mental and personal anguish on those who would date my daughter when she is of age to do so.
Happily married with two kids.

I'm David Hyde, from Cleburne. I grew up in a family of Baylor folks and am proudly the black sheep of the family. Company F-1, class of '79. I spent an extra semester at A&M after posting 1 D, the rest F's, due to completely blowing off school and dedicating myself to bonfire my senior year. Not because they needed me, but because I needed bonfire. Or something

I moved to Vicksburg, Mississippi in '82 in the Army and stayed in the same job as a civilian. For the most part I've loved it. The climate and the lack of wind turned me into a bike racer, which never would have happened in Cleburne (or anywhere else in Texas). That was a very fun part of my life.

In the day job we blow stuff up, which is great fun. I turned into a software geek and have a moonlighting software job that is doing reasonably well.

My F-1 old lady and (I still can't get over this) Lutheran minister is also here, but I won't out him.

hey WCA - I can't find the email for you or NOAH and I actually have a request. Can maybe you post it in the first post here as I figure others may want it?

Rick Smith, class of '84, met and married my wife at A&M, also class of '84 and we've lived in the DFW area since we graduated. Raised 2 girls, classes of '11 and '17. I'm a mortgage lender and my wife is a hospital sales rep. Several other Ags in our family and a lot of LSU grads on her side too. I learn and find out more stuff on the rant than I could ever pick up from the news or ESPN, etc. This place is like a parallel universe for insane SEC fans

OK I'll bite.

Quidam65 from DFW area. The 65 is when I was born, not when I graduated!

I did not attend A&M (and still have it on my bucket list to visit the campus), but attended the one state school A&M may want back--UT Arlington (which was once under the A&M System).

I work as an auditor for the Department of Defense. The best way to explain things is that I keep the $2,000 hammers TBird uses on the B-2 from being $4,000 hammers. (Why we need $2,000 hammers is, of course, a different department. But stealth ain't cheap and you can't pound it back into shape like an F-16 either.)

The Quidam part is from the title character of the Cirque du Soleil show, who resembles the Headless Horseman wearing a hat and carring a large umbrella.

My favorite teams are the Stars, Mavericks, and Rangers (forget the Cowboys; if they were to play t.u. I'm rooting for the asteroid).

I discovered TD back in June 2010 when the first round of rumors surrounding A&M started--would they go to the PAC, the SEC, stay in the Big 12? I wanted to see how other SEC fan bases viewed the prospect of A&M joining the conference, and TD was the first place I found.

I'm aggressor, Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 1993! My name comes from Aggressor 17 which was my outfit in the Corps. We were a new outfit my fish year and were disbanded because of size (the Corps was shrinking fast at that time) my Senior Year. I actually have my Outfit Sign in my backyard by my pool, an interesting thing about it was it was drawn by a Sr from our Sister Outfit we broke away from "Thrashin 3", a guy named Benjamin Knox.

I live in Austin with my wife and 2 boys and am a 2nd Generation. My Dad was Head Yell Leader in '58 who was career AF and is retired to CS where he is the hardest core Old Ag I have ever seen. He and my Mom have Season tix to at least 7 sports, he was Class Agent for decades, and is a volunteering maniac.

My first Aggie game was in 1979 when A&M beat Penn State in Happy Valley with Curtis Dickey running wild. Been hooked ever since.

Well, it's nice to have a thread to introduce myself in. A bit ol' Vandy howdy to y'all fine folks of Texas A&M. I'm randomways (obviously) because my actual nickname in real life is -- or, rather, was -- Random. Because my work requires me to be, I'm currently a resident of the Mitten State, but in the upper part of the Lower Peninsula (not to be mistaken for the Upper Peninsula), where the people are as close to Southern in nature as you'll find in the northern wastelands. Can't get decent barbecue to save your life, unless you count Mongolian barbecue, but the folks are friendly and the rednecks are plentiful and coated in plaid as they dance merrily across the snowy landscape.

Thanks for granting me access to your board and I hope to have many fine conversations with my fellow Shorthorn punchers.

Howdy

Born and raised in Fort Worth

Currently a senior Geophysics major at Texas A&M (going for a victory lap next year though)

I grew up in a burnt orange household, but my brother and I both ended up at A&M and have since done a pretty good job converting everybody to the good side.

Howdy! ISEN_AG checking in. Fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2014.

Born and raised in Wimberley, TX. First gen Ag majoring in Industrial Engineering. Attended two other TAMU system schools before landing in College Station. (TAMUCC for Mechanical Engineering, TAMUG for Maritime Engineering.)

Huge SA Spurs and Texas Rangers fan. Went to my first Rangers game when I was 6 or 7. I don't follow the NFL too much anymore, but my two NFL teams are the Cowboys and Texans.
